Night Candle

I really love this app, the look, the music, the sounds are so relaxing and beautiful. there is just one thing I don't like and I don't know if it has to do with the app or my phone but when I put on one of the candles or fireplaces and tap so everything else won't show, I still get the bar at the end that shows buttons to go home back and the pages used. I really dont think it's my phone cause it never shows this bar until I tap for it. but everything else is splendid, Thank you.

I think this app is awesome. I use it every night and love pairing relaxing music with nature sounds. Now you can even adjust the sound volume of the nature sounds to the music!!. The issues are how long it takes to open the app, can sometimes take a really long time. And also the music randomly stops sometimes and sound is at 100% on start up which is super annoying. It's still a good app with a lot to offer but could use with some fixing.

An overwhelming amount of ads. I was forced to watch an ad upon initially launching the app for the first time, and the intent seems to be to force the user to spend the extra money to purchase the ad-free version through sheer annoyance. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be a way to simply turn off the user interface and simply watch the candle effect. I imagine this app's over-inflated rating is due to bots owned by the advertising company that are trying to give it visibility. Avoid.

It's a good app, but the ads are kind of ridiculous. I understand the need for them, but the ads they have have misleading "close" buttons that when touched, takes you to another site to view the product that the ad was promoting. I'm fine with ads, just not ones that lie or try to mislead me.

Im a huge fan of this developer. His apps are excellent. This one has so many high quality sounds and visuals. I think it would also really help soothe babies and put them to sleep. My fave is the cat purr. I hope you enjoy this app as much as I do. The ads are decent, not intrusive- but the app is well worth the money if you go that route.

There's a lot of great things about this app, but every time I open up this specific app, the media volume cranks itself all the way up. The first thing that pops up is an add, of course. Here I am, trying to find a relaxing way to fall asleep only to have music blasting in my ear.

Really calming honestly helps only thing I would change is that it would have option how many time to repeat because constant playing has woken me up 🤦🏼‍♀️ and also that I'd like it if you can pause or rewind or fast forward because if you stop a section 15min into it you then have to start right back at the beginning. I rely on this as I work nights and struggle to sleep in day, not anymore 👍👍😁.

I was going 5 🌟 but changed it to 4🌟due to the ads (i know, i know but hey, it has to be perfect!💁‍♀️) anyways it's a good app with many features and is user friendly (easy!) features: candle light, campfire , many nature sounds, you can add music and...there's an audio (a soft spoken voice/ female) that depending on what story you choose helps you to fall asleep by speaking & reading to you. Check it out!

Nice little app but waaaay too many ads on the free one. That's my only negative comment. The picture is clear, choice of different candles and fireplaces is a nice touch. Option of music is nice too, it's soft soothing music, really nice. I recommend it!!!

Very nice pics & sounds. I don't like to be interrupted by ads too much. So far, I haven't been annoyed. This app uses very little of my battery & the lovely pics and sounds really put me to sleep. The timer is great, too!

I looked for an app like this to see the audio, video, etc., buttons better on my remote controls while watching TV. My flashlight app is too bright and I had to keep opening & closing it. I Hope this is, "just what [The A/V] Doctor ordered".

Great app, love the different sounds misic and meditations and how you can mix and match all of em or unlock the music by watching an ad, but the one HUGE downside for me is that it automatically raises your media voulume to 100% everytime you open the app and opens with an ad, so if you have earbuds on, don't, you will kill your hearing and even without EVERYONE in the nearby vicinity is going to hear that ad go off

I actually really like it. Better than I anticipated actually. The only reason I didn't give it a five was because of little things that I thought would be cool features. I see that you can change the color of the candle but it would have been extra awesome if you could change the color of the fire too. There should be an option for a raining thunderstorm as well

I cudn't find any way to turn Off the music at all and just have the fire crackling or just watch the flickering candle... Even when I left the app, the music kept playing.... 😕 Also, u need to shorten ur times ie 2o mins can be too long. 5, 10, 15 mins wud be better! Otherwise, a nice app.

Very Relaxing I was looking for the sound of falling rain but got much more from beach or wood song and more. With the added feature of being able to meditate to a candle(s), logs in a fire etc. All calming with the timing feature so you can fall asleep to it and it will shut itself off. Niceness.

Nice options, user interface can be confusing, and nature sounds dont loop well. Very annoying trying to fall asleep to white noise that is distracting because it keeps cutting out and back in. My cat likes to poke at the candle, lol.

I like the background on the intro...the swirling colors against the ethereal creamy-white background is calming and soothing. There's meditations, music, nature sounds and a timer. The pictures of the candle and fireplace choices are beautiful. They've recently added Lava Lamps (remember thise?). I've been using this for almost two years. I set the timer for 20 minutes, which relaxes me before bed. Nirvana!

I love to put on the fire place with the sound of rain in the back ground, however the app needs its on volume controll. if I turn down the volume on my phone, I'm not sure if i'll hear my alarm. Great otherwise. : )

It has a variety of listening options, some are quite different. It also has a variety of visual choices which also very nice. The biggest problem I have with this app is, it cuts off after a few minutes no matter what I set the timer for.

Good app, needs an option to switch to portrait and an option to change the sound when selection options. It's a loud pop sound that isn't meditative or something you want to hear when trying to get to sleep.

Very good app. Supportive to soft sleep. Just keep on improving including setting option that will enable user to customize variety of sounds, candle and fire at a time. Also add some galactic displays,weather and acean waves experiences. All in all this is the great app. I recomend for everyone.

I enjoyed the fireplace but when you choose an upgrade. The app says you can upgrade by watching a video.When you push play nothing happens so you can't get the upgrade. There's only one fireplace and two candles to choose from. It did help me sleep though

first time I've ever tried one of these apps for relaxation and I was curious to see how well it worked.i really like it and the different options like different style candles different fireplace backgrounds and different animal an insect sounds and nature sounds and just for a few Pennies you can get the ad-free version
