Night Light
You can select whether you want the screen in full black or full white with maximum brightness just by tapping the screen or shaking the phone a little bit, this shaking feature is really handy if you are sleepy and you can't find your phone in the middle of the night.
Additionally, tap and hold to progressively move from full dark screen to full brightness. and vice versa.
It is very important to keep your phone plugged to the power adapter while the app runs, the phone is always responsive and the screen and processor are ready for your input so if you don't plug your phone you would run out of battery in the middle of the night.

Perfect for my needs (I'm not likely to be sending an SOS distress call with a night lamp π). I particularly like the one touch on/off in addition to the sleep timer.
Perfect alarm clock look for when I'm traveling where there is no readily available alarm clock. This way I can wake up in the night and see the time quickly and easily
Why cant I purchase the pro version?? It gives me a purchase denial and I have tried many ways to purchase. I see others who have had the same issue. The ads on the free version make my clock go off during the night. Please advise.
good job. I'm satisfied with this app. but the problem is I couldn't go for the paid version in order to use the auto open night light. I was noted error note. please help.

Love this app, I tried several in my quest for a good app to use when feeding baby in the middle of the night, this one is awesome because you can adjust the brightness as you need. Only thing I'd like is if it had a timer to turn itself off after a certain amount of time.
I use it every night and have for several years. My phones: Samsung Galaxy S4 then S5. I love the ability to lighten and darken, very easy. All of the colors are fairly intense colors but, as I said, they can be darkened. Reviewers who say they were 'blinded' might have an old phone or don't know how to use this app. I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID NOR DO I EXPECT TO BE PAID FOR THIS REVIEW. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW.
Its an amazing app that helps me in the night when i need it most to be able to feed my baby but iv noticed that ever since i downloaded it my battery dies in a matter of a couplehours whereas it use to last at leas a whole day.. im sad to see it go but i need battery life more than the light rit now.. only good temporarily
1) Should start up bright not black because starting all black is very confusing, then have to hold and wait for light. Unintuitive. 2) Long press should reverse dimming intensity not continue to full bright or dark. When user sees it's going in unintended direction just release and long press again. 3) Should never actually go full black when just dimming.
This apps simple function of turning your device's display into a lightsource with a smooth dim range that lightens/darkens as you touch the screen. Don't let the ratings steer you away from this app - if it works fine on your device, you won't be disappointed.
It illuminates better than any other app I tried, simple and shows the time of day in big bold easy to read lettering without compromising the light. Simple, easy to use. Perfect night light, now if it only had a soothing music option to help me sleep...
Works terrific. Can read books at night without using additional electricity. Since I have phone plugged into charger anyway at night its a win win. Love adjustable brightness. Gonna buy pro version later on. . Sheesh its only a buck. Why whine about that. To the guy who said it is to bright...it goes off whatever brightness your display set at. Go to top of notification screen select display and turn it down. Its a os setting. Nothing to do with the app. Use your head! Me. It can never be to bright.
The min I opened the app it crashed my phone out, waste. Reviews must be paid for or employees of the company that designed it.

Wonderful night light, pretty easy to use. App is friendly as well. We use it with the clock feature which is super useful, not to mention one can adjust the size of the clock.
