Keypad is Touched
• Whenever someone or something touches the keypad, you will be notified
• Whether by accident or intended, makes no difference
Safe has been Opened/Closed
• Receive an alert anytime the Safe is opened or closed

Safe has been Moved
• If the Safe is moved, you will be notified

Low Battery

Just received a replacement safe from night owl warranty, it's having the same problem, the app is useless, worst app. It doesn't work, tried more then 10 times to add the device using two phones and routers. Wasted my money and time. Don't buy this safe the app doesn't work. NIGHT OWL NEED TO DO SOME TESTING ON THE APP. AND FIX THE PROBLEM !!!
Won't connect to wifi and calling technical support was useless, beautiful safe but terrible software and even worse support.
The app does not work. it keept asking to connect to the same wifi. if i wanted a regular safe i would have bought one.
Doesn't work as advertised. Loses connection. Rarely finds the device.
it's the worst app ! tried many times by using several android and iphone but none work as it described. how could the company release the useless app, is there any internal test actually did before online the app?!

Bad programming. This app must be developed by incompetent amateur drop outs. Just don't work. Cannot add device to the app or wireless. Should be ashamed selling this. We tried multiple devices. Returned the CS04 to get another....same issue. .... In response to the developer reply. Been there done that.....multiple safes purchased and returned. Multiple phones as well. I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Also, I don't recall seeing those instructions in the documentation..
