This app is awesome it works really well all the people saying it doesn't are flat out lying! I'm gathering they're people who have their own app out and got their family rating it bad too lol. Anyways idk why but I cant find this app if I go in the search bar or am able to search for it on my other new phone. I'm not deleting it cause it works to good lol maybe thats why it's off the shelf...
Why dose this app need your contact and call information? And you need to have a camera that supports inferred. This just supplies a green filter to give you the illusion of inferred. I can create the same effect with gimp.
Works fine but doesn't allow video. If it did it would be perfect!

I've got flir thermal camera on my phone, that does night vision. In contrast this app is bogus

Never knew there was a ewal app 4 a real night vision camera this is so cool I'm in to electronics and love these kind of things. I cant wait to use this when I go up to the Stanley Hotel this year. I've been seen ghosts since I was a kid and I love haunted places especially the Stanley Hotel. I'm getting a new phone soon so I will download it on that when I get it and hopefully this year also I'm going to go to Gettysburg Pennsylvania to the battlefield.
Basically it drives the CCD sensor flat out. In this mode the immage will be black and white so the green just makes it more visible in the dark. On my GS3 this app out performs the night mode by a clear margin. Out in garden at night usefull pic till eyes acomodate. GEN3 comes in at $4200 on a $650 phone I dont think so. Usable app
Turned it on and walked from lighted room to dark room. It was not working. It turned on flash LED and that looked good, but it was still no better than my own vision. When I turned the LED off though, the night vision starting working great. I could see details all over the room that it did not show before. I walked thru the house to another dark room and the same thing was true. LED on/off and it worked better than before.
I'm amused by detractors who think they can use a phone to replace night vision goggles. Android cameras don't record infrared, so true might vision isn't possible. This app does great with low light situations. Only complaint is the green. Would love a mode that preserves color information better.
I have a Samsung galaxy 4 & it had wivc HD quality camera & this app didnt even pick on myself or my pet dog who was sat on my lap lol it only picked up on the sky which is light lol my fookin normal camera on this phone picked up more detail without a flash in pitch black. poor poor poor app BOOOOOOOOOOOO
It doesn't do anything, just makes everything green. My phone's camera with flash light is more good than this and why it needs phone permission?
