Rubbish app for an overly expensive product. No way to tell if the device is getting data. When it errors out and get notified of extension it says complete so cant complete test. 145 for this device no wonder its disposable. Needs fixing. Allow user to see if device is getting data. Allow a purchase of extra codes for this device also so it can be used by multiple users. Code could be a third of price. Maybe send out an extension code to enter into app if your support team cant extend it.
New Samsung phone won't scan or take bar code, stupid barcode is over 20 numbers , letters and parentheses. Didn't get any calls or emails when it was sent. Had to send a trouble ticket online and it took 3 attempts with 2 catches. Website and account creation is for dr and company only. The insert suggests we have to sleep with our phones next to us for Bluetooth when everyone knows not to do that in the bedroom with insomniacs and blue light. Useless
The most easy to use, effective and super cool app for diagnosing sleep apnea with really comprehensive reports. Also, the device, Nightowl, that connects to the app is the most stylish, sleek and convenient home sleep apnea testing device I've ever come across. Great testing experience.
Won't connect to sensor update won't download customer service not responsive Update:customer service responded after 24 hours no matter what we did could not connect using my Samsung Galaxy S10 Android phone. they finally enabled me to log in on my iPad and I connected right away and using the device was a breeze. So one star for Android users five stars for iOS
Finished a night's sleep and it wouldn't let me upload my results cuz it said there was no internet connection. Closed and reopened. App kept saying I wasn't connected to the internet. Call center had my uninstall, reset my phone then reinstall, but now the installation won't pass 95% and it's been 3 minutes...
Downloaded app but now it's doing things to my settings! My screen keeps going dark now all the sudden! This app screwed upy whole phone!! I would not download this app or else your going to end up have to but a brand new phone because it takes control somehow of all your setting!! I DONT TRUST IT!! BEWARE!! I MEVER EVER EVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH MY PHONE UNTIL I DOWNLOADED THIS APP! NOW MY WHOLE PHONE IS SCREWED UP AND MY SCREEN KEEPS TURNING OFF!!! THANKS STUPID APP!!! USELESS!!!!
It has serious problems installing. It stops frequently during the test. The error message " Night Owl has failed appears every ten seconds.
I'm not sure what all of these bad reviews are about but they had me scared to use it. I'm glad that I did though. This was the easiest, fastest, and least stressful way to test. I slept two nights with a sensor on my finger. I highly recommend this method of testing.
Worked the first night and would not connect again even with support. Very frustrating when you are ready to go to bed.
Have tried for several days to load. System is adequate. App will not load for me to get my test results. No customer service available.
Useless, and terrible customer service when it's time to return the device, I would give them zero if it was an option.

My nite owl worked fine 1st nite then 2nd nite out of nowhere it asked for a activation code which I know nothing about. Calling dentist.

It does what I want and need it to do
The app gave me an error after the night that said my sensor wasn't on good enough. It had stayed attached securely all night without being too tight. I have no idea how I'm supposed to fix this error tonight because it lookes attached to me. It would be nice if the app informed you of this before the whole night was over. On the plus side, so far the customer service has been great and they are sending me a new device. We will see if my rating goes up.
