Nightstand Clock (Beta)
Android 4.2+ users can also set Nightstand Clock as a daydream--a "screensaver" that your phone displays if it is charging or docked.
Currently in beta; some devices (e.g. Samsung Touchwiz) may experience issues launching the app. More features coming soon.

Unfortunately, every time the digits change, the clock brightens itself up again making it too bright to sleep.
Love it, simple, clear and no ads. Looks great as well.
Only problem is that for some reason my music player turns off when the clock comes on, otherwise perfect
Really useful but doesn't auto-rotate to landscape under Daydream on my Samsung Galaxy S5. Rotates OK if run normally, just not under Daydream for some reason (Android 6.0.1)
Works great! Shows the time in big font and nothing else. Just how I like it. I use it for when I'm in the shower, and need a time check. Now it's mandatory for morning use. Thank you for offering a small sized and simple app and didn't overcomplicate things.
Press the night mode button... brilliant just what I wanted but 30 seconds later it goes back to full brightness am I missing something?
Can there be options added to have the background colored and illuminated instead of just black? Maybe even having the current wallpaper available as the background for the clock. In addition, I'd like to be able to always see the status bar at the top of the screen while the clock is displayed.

I love that this app shows JUST THE TIME and nothing else. Not even useless seconds. Not the Android system tray. So many other apps clutter and light up the screen with things you don't need. This shows just the time! The only thing I don't like is that it goes black and then lights up again quickly every time the minute changes. I have no idea what purpose that might serve and I don't like that it draws my attention unnecessarily.

Loved the display, but night mode does not stay in effect.
The brightness grows upp after a min..
Working good until last update. Now brighten itself every minute during night, even with the new auto feature off and even if you manually set it to night mode... Now useless...
