I like the new app, my only issue is with the Mobile Deposit feature. You use to be able to view the image before submitting the check. Now if you click on the image, you can only retake the picture without previewing your it, and it also snaps when it's ready not when you are. The other thing is my deposit was rejected for only having 'For Mobile Deposit' which is what I always write and not having "NIHFCU" written on it making my account overdrawn.

Happy new year. This app continues to get worse. Forces landscape mode on tablets and won't let you access the keyboard to create a PIN. Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible app. Hangs at retrieving accounts. Totally useless as of now. app works much better now.

I love how everything in the app is right where you can see it. If I want a quick glance at my accounts, I don't have to log in. There are widgets, but you may have to initiate use of them in the desktop version before you can use them regularly in the mobile app. Other than that, it's a great app!

I can no longer use the mobile check deposit. Nothing has changed on my end so I'm assuming this function has quit working since an upgrade. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone and it still doesn't work. Also, I cannot use bill pay in the app but can use it via browser.

Last time I used an app to deposit with pictures it was a huge hassle to get pictures accepted, maybe everyones' apps are better these days but that includes this one! Might lack certain controls but all the ones I need are easy to use.

Horrible horrible horrible and horrible app. Can't wait to remove the star when that will be possible. Was making a transfer from my account to my wife's account in another bank and somehow this app just did it the other way. Never hear and seen this before. In addition, any bugs

Installed the new app, it's been retrieving acounts for the last ten minutes. So i have to assume it DOESN'T WORK. Thanks for the update. It's getting better, now if it worked in portrait mode I'd move up a star.

Apparently you need to first log in using a web browser (computer) and complete the first time activation of the new Account Program. After that, the phone app seems to be fine. // They should also do better with guidance for first time using the new app.

Easy to use and set up. The four digit password for the app is especially nice to use rather than the longer more complicated password needed for the website and online banking. Good job NIHFCU!

This app has become a lifesaver when I cannot get to a physical branch. I'm able to transfer money from internal and external accounts. Also able to update your personal information.

I love this new NIH Federal Credit Union App. I'm comfortable depositing checks through this app. I wasn't comfortable with this transaction using the old one. It's also quicker and easier to use, I feel good using it. Thanks for the update!

Have tried on several devices and can't access the site still. Left amd came back after a few years and just knew the app would be better by now. SMH. As much as I call the office, why have an app? Cant get in anyway, the CSRs can help with my transactions

This app is horrible. Why roll it out with major glitches? It continues to stall at the "retrieving accounts " page. It's totally useless! They need to fix this immediately.

Cannot access account via app. Every time I open it has a error message to try again. Attempted to reinstall but issue persists.

Stalls when it gets to retrieving accounts. App won't close once stalled. I have to force stop. Hope they fix it soon.

After a long drawn out registration process the app freezes at 'retrieving your account' every single time. The old app no longer works so online banking is s.o.l.

Worst app ever, clearly was not tested. Fortunately I am leaving this bank and will not have to struggle with this app for much longer.

Very convenient, quick and responsive. Love the fact that I was able to deposit my checks via this app.

Horrible app. I just have it because there is not bank office in New Jersey. Crush all the time, slow ,bad service, and ann9way to log in. The worst bank app

I have had no issues since starting using this app. I love the ease of navigation. It works just fine for what I need.

Easy enough. And they are working on improving an modernizing as far broadness and user friendliness with the app.

Transactions on this app are fairly seamless. I have checking and savings only and it works perfect!

I loved the new app until the most recent update, now I can no longer do mobile check deposits. Please fix!

I absolutely love this app. It is beautiful and efficient in both looks and functionality.
