Excellent....I am appreciating effort of this app maker but Kerala Association of Neurology has developed user friendly and easy to use app named "IV Thrombolysis"....in that app we can keep records also. It's contains Pt data, NIHSS , Contraindications check list....Thanks...

Lazily developed. Resets if the phone moves through 90 degrees and the orientation follows, doesn't have the prerequisite pictures... as a very specialist app this doesn't rate highly (galaxy s3)
