This was my favorite app to shop with but not anymore. For the past 3 months EVERYTHING in my cart is not visible (no pic or description) I can not delete or see what it is, only the price. I'm so disappointed. I've spent SOOO much money with this store and they're doing nothing to help me fix the app. I've deleted and reinstalled it and still doesn't work. Then when looking at items it will say that the item is available is a certain amount of colors but it will only show one color.
Really love the nike Team Experts that help you with anything and everything. They chat with you in a chat log everything is kept and recorded in case you need to go back and look at things, Especially returns. I never thought I had a chance to return a pair of shoes that I ended up not being interested in and had them in my possession for a long while. Finally get to return them back for a refund (make sure no damages, unworn)😊❤️🔥
I'm able to find the types of shirts I was looking for but can't tell about the fabric. For example, What is woven vs. knit vs. jersey, etc. It seems all the style numbers I bought last year aren't available this year. I didn't realize I had to file away last year's product descriptions
Getting to the payment is so frustrating. It takes far too long as you have to go through unnecessarily long verification process and then it says payment cannot be processed. Has happened on more than one occasion using the app, despite my debit card already being saved and definitely having funds to purchase.
Not sure what happened, but the app used to work great, now it constantly freezes and I have to completely shut it down and restart. Very annoying, and it has caused me to miss out on drops.
The search engine is kinda weak however they have an amazing customization ability you can use as soon as you make an account and the account is free and saved your designs. Wearing top quality Nike shoes that you design is an amazing feeling especially when it's free and you can make your style straight from the factory
Lately all color options and styles don't show up. If the app says it has Nike Air Max Plus in 9 colors, you click on the shoe and only 1 color shows up. Like this for many shoes.
Couldn't even complete a purchase. A network error continuously popped up at checkout that my order couldn't be complete. I signed in via my browser, went through checkout and it processed immediately. Waste of my time waiting for chat support that never responded.
It was all good until the app started recently freezing on me, and they told me I had 10% off for a birthday gift then it all of a sudden disappeared and won't show anymore, I don't want to use it in store I want it for online😣 been using this app for years and now it wants to give problems....
App freezes after this last update but the Nike app has a variety of athletic selections and gear. You can also access a store mode function when physically at a Nike store and scan the products for inventory and in store purchases. Some products are very limited and sell out fast is the downside of things but at the end of the day, I really like the app and the content that Nike loads on the app.
For now I'll give it 4 stars out of courtesy, but if and when my Retros get delivered, 5 automatically lol. App is not bad at all, hasn't crashed once for me. It will stop if you lose service which is what happens with any app and calls. And i did not miss the new release, so no complaints. Keep it up Nike/creators.
You guys are truly exceptional at Nike!!!! Shopping via the App is an absolute breeze and there aren't any issues in relation to delivery of the items ordered at all which is such a relief. In making an account, setting your birthdate needs a lot of clicks jut to get to the right birth year. Can't we just set our birth date by scrolling numbers and months instead of clicking one by one all through every month and every year from the current date to our birth dates? It's a terrible design for an app. Jesus christ!
I have a galaxy S10 phone and this app doesn't allow me to view notifications or past orders. It has an error code when I ask for reminders on future releases although I cannot access the settings in my profile at all to change any settings. The app worked just fine last year, I even hit on some releases! Being a sneakhead, I am absolutely disappointed the app has become unresponsive and basically obsolete for me!
This app is not working right at all. I have been trying for days to view my cart/bag and still it won't allow me to view my items or purchase anything. I have reached out to customer service still haven't heard anything back from IT DEALING with this issue. Not to mention I have reset my phone Uninstalled this app over 5 times and still haven't gotten anything resolved. This is really pathetic and I'm beyond annoyed. I would rate this app as 0 stars. Not helpful at all.
The app never lets me buy anything. Every time I try, I get various error messages ranging from "no payment option selected" even though I updated it multiple times, to "a network error has occurred". It happens for everything. Not just freshly dropped items.
Tou can't add shoes to your bag. Every pair I tried there was an error. You can only get discounts in the app, but the app won't let you buy anything so you have to shop online anyways. Could save 20 bucks on the shoes I want on the app, but no matter what the app doesn't work. Seems scammy to me. More so since I'm not the only person to have had issues.
This app is as bad as Nike’s customer service. The app doesn’t send notifications when it’s meant to or reserve items added to the cart, so chances are your item will disappear before you complete the checkout process. Even if you successfully purchase something, Nike may cancel the order 12 hours later because they have oversold stock. I have sent plenty of feedback to Nike, but they don’t care about their customers. I would buy all of my Nike gear through other retailers if I could.
I've used it twice and it crashed twice. I've attempted to buy shoes at least 15 times and have been successful twice. Most of the time the app crashes or says network issues or cannot process this at this time. As soon as the two I ordered come this app is deleted. Missed out on me buying about 4 to 5 shoes on these transactions that won't go thru
Personally, I find it very useful and it also sort of, rekindled my love for Nike. This app makes it easier for anyone to check the latest pair, categorically and some models can also be customised! Once you have chosen, it'll make ordering a pair online so easy.👍🏼
My first attempt to order my first pair of shoes through the App was disappointing. I came across a network error message when attempting to add an item to the bag. I tried clicking the "Buy Now" button to enter my address, I was met with more error messages. I gave up, went to the website through a web browser and everything worked fine. To add insult to injury, it states that I could get free shipping if I download the app ... smdh
I like how I can look at all sorts of items very quickly and browse lots of things quickly too. I like to take screen shots of many items that I'm interested in and go back and browse them all at once to compare which one/ones I want to purchase. My phone froze-up when I was 'customizing' a pair of shoes; I'm not sure what happened, but it may have been my phone (I have a pretty good phone though so I'm not sure if it was the Nike App or not). Anywhoos, I feel the Nike App is mostly Top-Notch!!
All the clutter and emails, notifications, ads, etc. Make Nike nothing more than a great product to buy when you come across it. No reason to stay up to date when you're going to be bombarded. Not a cool find if it's 3 times a day.
Doesn't show all the color options available for a product and also has different pricing than the website. Can join as a member on the App but the website wasn't working. Each does some options and neither is great. Fortunately the product is excellent!
The app is ok I guess but good luck finding something in stock. Multiple styles are only available in the sizes no one ever buys and pretty much everything on sale is sold out. Support is online chat only and they are pleasant but have no idea when things will come back into stock, most likely AFTER the sale ends. You can't reserve anything. Returns are only by mail, you can't do it at a store Overall a pretty poor performance from the brand giant that is Nike
My favorite app, but I'm changing my stars because of all the issues. It doesnt save my favorites. I've done everything that they've said. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and even change my password and it's still having a bunch of problems
Great when it works trash when it doesn't. All of a sudden I get an error occured message everytime I try to check out. Have deleted and reinstalled the app and used different cards. This is not OK. Coming back a few months later to update. Original still holds true, and laty the app is freezing and not responsive. Deleted and reinstalled, still happens but not as bad.... looking forward to better updates to provide a consistent fluid experience.
