It is a good application and a very thoughtful design. I did not try all the features , so I can't comment on everything , which needs a long review. I added a custom tab and a custom select field within it. I do not have any problem with adding values to the custom field on the desktop application. I think the mobile application has some bugs, because the custom tab does appear on the mobile application without the select field and its values that is really frustrating to a new user. The application can't show the custom field and its values. Also it shows an extra tab called " data enrichment" that you won't see on the desktop application when you add or edit a contact. If an application shows this error on a basic feature , it would more likely to show more errors on other features or functions. It indicates the product was not tested properly . I do not expect it from Nimble. I would recommend to test the app properly before they release it as it might ruin the reputation of the product. The design of the product is excellent. It could be enhanced and tuned to be at the top of the list. I think few features could be tuned to make it more user friendly.

I often use Nimble on my desktop however the app is borderline useless for how I use it. Stored contacts are there but contact searches often fail (even with correct spelling) and the custom task I created that updates the last contacted date (I'm outside sales so most of my contact is face to face) isn't available on the app meaning I have to take notes while out on my routes and then retype them all in once I get back to a desktop. I like Nimble as a whole, just not the app.

Too pricey. Not disclosed in app's Play Store description, but the least expensive Nimble plan cost is $12/mo. or $9/mo. when prepaid annually. I will be using insightly CRM app. instead.

After using various CRM systems including Salesforce, Less Annoying CRM and others, Nimble is the last CRM we will be using, the simple fact that it's easy to use, has a proper app for when we are on the road, pulls information in from social feeds, it's all good! 5 Stars

Nimble smart CRM. Great to have my favourite CRM on my phone. Easy to use and make contact from. I use NImble mobile app often to find a contacts mobile number when it is not in my phone contact records and send a text. or call. I also use it to create a task to follow-up if I have been called while out of the office. Because my GMail syncs to Nimble it is not a problem that Nimble has yet to enable sending of emails from it mobile app. Any GMail I send from phone phone is always available in the history of any contact I have in Nimble.

Card capture OCR engine is the biggest bottleneck & drags down productivity. I still have to continue using other apps to capture visiting cards which is the biggest downside.... Else its ok. Will be glad to improve ratings if Nimble improves in this area or allows integration with other worthy card OCR apps.

Nimble is by far the most intuitive CRM available. It's group messaging features and prospector automatic contact info search make my CRM a really useful tool. This app does what it needs to do by allowing me to log opportunity deals and instantly upload contact info. A must for any sales professional.

I use Nimble CRM as my daily driver within my business. The latest iteration of the Android app massively improves the experience with some very cool new features. Most welcome is the business card scanner. I've used a lot of scanners over the years, but the Nimble card scanner has become my primary tool now -- it's easy to capture a card and have it input into Nimble CRM. Other features include the ability to record opportunity's on the run and check information before heading into a meeting. I'd love to see the features in the Android app gain parity with the iOS app, and knowing the Nimble team, this isn't far away!

The app needs some love from the devs. If I don't use it for a while, it loses its authentication to Google and pops an error message rather than go through a re-authentication flow. I then have to go to settings, logout, kill the app, and start over. In the web version, activities show what deals they are associated to and those associations can be made while creating an activity (without starting at a deal). The mobile app activities don't include the deal field. Managing activities, and associating them with contacts and deals, is the most important thing for me in a CRM. Not having this in the mobile app really diminishes the app's value.

[UPDATED] This app does not have much of a use case for me, and I'm not sure how useful it would be to anyone. It simply has your calendar and contacts listed (already accessible through Google in Android), and your calendar (again, already a part of the OS). If you have much different use cases for your Nimble account than any contact database that could by synced to Android from Google, etc., then I suppose it's sort of a task list app for what's on your Nimble tasks. When I hear Jon Ferrara talk about what he wants Nimble to be, I'm like, "yeah, yeah, exactly!", but when I use the app it seems to not really achieve any of that, especially without programs in place in the app (desktop browser or Android).

I love what this app can "potentially" do. It doesn't, however, do what it's supposed to very well. For example, when importing contacts it only did a few at a time and the names did not match the phone numbers. I love agenda and calendar. I'm going to hang in with nimble to see if it gets better.

Love Nimble, but their android app is very buggy. Force closes often, and it used over a GB of mobile data within the first week of installing it. I've tried working with their support for almost 2 weeks now but no progress. MAKE SURE TO DISABLE "SYNC IN BACKGROUND" IN THE APP SETTINGS UNTIL THEY FIX THIS BUG OR IT WILL EAT UP YOUR MOBILE DATA PLAN!

Web app is great. This one is really just to have an agenda, to do list and contact access. You can't access deals in a list, just on each contact, which is one reason for 3 stars. Another star was lost because even when not using Nimble, I get multiple updates that the app has crashed. That should not happen for an app trying to gain a foothold in the CRM space.
