Nimbus is a platform that connects students to their university's tutoring program. By combining a scheduling, payment, messaging, and review system into one streamlined mobile application, students can schedule in-person lessons with tutors on-demand.
Nimbus currently supports tutoring programs at universities across Canada and Singapore.

Tutors on the platform have been screened to ensure that they are both knowledgeable in their subjects and are capable of teaching others in a helpful and intuitive manner. Furthermore, the in-app review system offers constant feedback for our tutors so that they are able to improve themselves and provide better lessons!

Booking a tutoring lesson has never been easier. Just search the course code, pick a location, select a tutor and then choose a time. Don’t worry about carrying cash, as all transactions are conducted in-app through our convenient payment system. All you have to do is show up ready to learn!

BECOME A TUTOR
If you are a student at one of our partnered universities and would like to become a tutor, be sure to reach out to us so that we can let you know who to speak with at your university. If we are currently not available at your school, let us know and we will reach out to your university to kickstart a technology-driven tutoring program!
For students:
- Book one-on-one tutoring lessons for courses at your university
- Search the course code, pick a location, select a tutor, and choose a time
- Message your tutor to receive directions to your lessons and information regarding the topics you require help with
- In-app payment system provides a convenient cashless service
- Review your tutor after each lesson to ensure quality service
For tutors:
- Update your teaching availabilities through the in-app scheduling system
- Select the courses you wish to teach and the hourly rate you wish to charge for your courses
- Decide the cancellation policy you wish to set for your students
- Pick the locations you wish to teach at as well as the number of students you wish to have
- Message students and manage their lessons

I love it!! Nimbus has helped me so much and this app is so easy and convenient to use.
On top of many other bugs, the extremely buggy schedule system for tutors make it impossible to work with. Specifically, I cannot create time slots because a "conflict" is detected when there is none. Pls fix asap.
