Worst app. It used to be fine but I don't know what happened recently, keeps on crashing every 1 min or so. Can't even finish reading 1 email. Forget about writing one. Please fix ASAP.
Predictive text screws up typing, adds the word where your cursor is and leaves all other letters and brings your cursor to the end of the email. Continues to jump the cursor around when you try to correct it.
This app is an completely worthless. You try to open an e-mail and it crashes and makes your phone unresponsive for several minutes. I need such an app store my job. I wish my employer had opted for another app than this rubbish
It's quite slow. It takes long to sync up email and every time I open the app, it asks me to sign-in and the push doesn't work.
Very simple and efficient synchronization with the server. Search is super fast. A very reliable and helpful app.
App won't allow me to open attachments (example, a PDF) that are inside of an attached email (EML). Basically, any attachments that are two deep can't be opened.
takes for ever to download messages, why doesn't the app load last in emails first? why does the app do a complete requiry instead of append of new emails or updates only. could speed up the process
Very poor performance. Trouble in Automatic syncing of emails is experienced. Uninstalling & reinstallation also didnt help.
Mail synchronisation and recieval of mails is good and also we can accept the meeting requests and also much more. More convenient to harness remote mail box. Good to use.
Sending emails is not to good, emails move to outbox constantly and finding tech support for this app isn't easy.
The widget isn't working. I used to love this app. Please bring back the email and calendar widget. Without it, the app is very hard to use
Bitter experience, doesn't load mails automatically. Also very difficult to connect to server.
It's very slow.. Email sync almost takes 15-20 mins which is too much.. Needs a lot of improvement
mails are not pushed automatically, have to open and refresh each time, so missing on time communications..
It always worked very well for me and has great customisations for power users. I will miss it.
using android. losing critical data randomly mostly in Contacts & Calender. how can this be stopped?
Works, but half of the time I spend on a white screen with a spinning circle.
Couldn't even add my account, they are obsessed with their licensing to a level where their app becomes useless to those who buy it

It keeps opening my calendar with google calendar by mistake and it does not sync with google calendar

It won't let me add my work exchange account. It just tells me I need to switch to nine mail.

Present version unable to validating with office 365 server.Trying from whole day
using for several months..... not as good as Touchdown! Unable to exchange email in real time. Cannot sync more often than every 5 minutes...... way tooooooooo long! (added 10 May 2019.. I want to give ZERO STARS but the system won't allow it! REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED with the very terrible performance of this app but I am stuck with it and it negatively impacts my work. I would revert to previous app (Touch Down) if I could)
