This new update is not user friendly anymore like the old version. We can't find the Shipper's Account Name, only Shipper's Address is visible when you open the app. On top of that the app always sycing every time you open it and it doesn't show the quantity that are needed to be pick, it consumes time and we find it hard to use.
poor update for the new : 1. Apps keep syncing 2. Syncing made the app lag 3. Cant see complete after successfully delivered the parcel and you need to refresh to see your completed or fail parcel 4. App cant stay in one search form in terms like; - after you search your point you click in the app will auto refresh and go back to sequence - after u search by distance you click in waypoint to see u go back to the list they will go back to sequence More to type in, not enough word count to type.
Please input in Sort Option the alphabetical A-Z,. so that we can easily check if there is multiple accout.. Thans and please fix the issue where we can't sent txt/call in the phone # starting in "0970"
Would be nice that parcels with specific timeslots way points can only be completed/fail on the timeslot itself.. for example if 6-10pm way points can only press complete after 6pm.. otherwise the options will be locked and only open on specific timeslot. Together we can avoid unnecessary mistakes and carelessness.
Could you make it dark mode? Like switch the white background to black. So that the battery wont die fast.
After update to this new version, Apps is slow, lag and hang. At least the previous want still better than this.
The service is trash, my parcel doesn't arrived and it's almost a month now.
Updated apps make things worse and delayed delivery process!! Please do something and make all parties life easier not miserable..

No use updating. Better to use previous one. Keep on syncing for no reason making it lag like s.... If peak period more chialat..
when taking picture always blank , need to take several time sometime , overrall is ok

I use lots of online job apps but this one right here needs a lot of improvement. Both on the server and client side. Syncing jobs could take forever. And will affect your progress if it happens. The app itself is lagging and CPU intensive somehow. Memory hungry too despite not having any graphics rendering. Optimize this please. And put an option to whatsapp the customer instead of call and sms. You can do that by using the Whatsapp API that is already widely used.

Information is inaccurate. Sends you to wrong addresses. Customer service unhelpful. Basically be wary.
The app with the new interface is not as clear as the previuos interface especially timeslots info. The previous interface hadcolour codes for different timeslots which is missing in the new one. It's easy for drivers to misslook on the timeslot when sending the parcels early as this will result in penalties.
I agree with the other comment kindly make it so that the rider can select multiple images for the proofs and not individual uploading of proofs. And also make it so that the app doesnt delete the image from your phone if its discarded if the rider inputs a wrong image. Thank you.
ninja app sometimes its not working .. please upgrade the app . have to attached the photos offline while delivering so that we can save some internet data from successing/failing the customers .. everytime we success the customer thru offline then online it so that all the success and faileds are all transfer where they belong the photos will corrupt and cannot be read by the office once we scan it ..
Sync and sync and sync FOR WHAT?! The map is literally useless when the furtherst point becomes the first point sorted by distance. Completing multipe parcels at one point had to be done One-by-one is a definite NO BRAINER. Clicking complete takes ages as if the apps is thinking SLOWLY by itself. AGAIN, PLEASE STOP AUTO "SYNCING" and/or just let the driver/rider manually sync whenever necessary. Please reduce the interface for either complete and fail. Basically, the apps is ridiculously LAGGING
