Mobile app has a lot to be desired. The UI doesn't match the the expected behavior. And that's across the entire interface. It's clear the app doesn't get the attention that the main website gets. Also end users can't use it to access their computer. Seems like a huge oversight
Not really good.... No option... If you have device that failed update and you tap on it it show the update that fail instead of showing the device with error. You cannot see resources usages ... It's really limited to a point that it's useless
Very happy to see this released and hope to see a beta tester option/way to submit quick feedback to help improve and advance capability. Thanks for the quick update! Problem solved and look forward to what's next on the roadmap.
It looks good, similar interface to the website, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. Need the option to sign-in with biometrics though. Right now the app remembers my username and password, even if I tell it not to leave me signed in.
I have been using the NinjaRMM for several months now. I have not been disappointed whatsoever in the product as it is very reliable. As an MSP, we are always busy multitasking and it’s so nice to have an RM that does his job in the monitoring and patching. Love the real live updates for the workstations and Servers. There is nothing really to dislike about NinjaRMM. I would like to suggest that within the app that there are more options to do things as you can in the web interface.I have been able to focus on bigger task without having to worry about patching and network connectivity loss. To get notified immediately when a server is off-line is exactly what I need. Not to mention the amount of smooth selling our clients receive. The positive comments coming back from our clients is enough for us to stay with Ninja.
Not much improvements to the mobile app in terms of functionality. Can't view critical information and still need to sign in to the web to view it (i.e. disk details, gpu, etc)
Can't give it more, or less, can't get beyond login screen. My organization uses SAML authentication and sadly the app does not support that. Checked after SAML got released, same thing.
Awesome app. This will definitely help when trying to help customers on the go. I would suggest adding an exit option as I had to close it a different way.
Glad to see such a strong first showing from Ninja on the app. Coming from AutoTask whose PSA app is a glorified mobile webpage and whose RMM app was non-existent. Seeing this polished of an app so early from Ninja makes me glad I switched to their platform where innovation is rapid.
No SSO support in the mobile app, so I wasn't able to get any further than the login screen.
Love it, excellent app and amazing platform - a real pillar of my business
This app along with Splashtop allows me to be available to my clients no matter where I am. A game-changer for a small MSP shop.
Was excited that they were developing the app, can't wait to test the first public version.
Guys, you are doing a great job!
Love it
Update on 11/16, reset trigger works after previous update, great job! I have been running mainly off this mobile app for the last few weeks and am very satisfied with this app, love the disk i/o on the fly too. It will be helpful too to provide event log and disk volume info on the fly. Can't reset triggered alert from this app, it gives unknown error. Like the GUI very similar to browser from computer, if you can add sort/filter on service under task will be very helpful
