NISHTHA APP
NISHTHA is a capacity building programme for "Improving Quality of School Education through Integrated Teacher Training". It aims to build competencies among all the teachers and school principals at the elementary stage. The functionaries (at the state, district, block, cluster level) shall be trained in an integrated manner on learning outcomes, school based assessment, learner – centred pedagogy, new initiatives in education, addressing diverse needs of children through multiple pedagogies, etc. This will be organized by constituting National Resource Groups (NRGs) and State Resource Groups (SRGs) at the National and the State level who will be training 42 lakhs teachers subsequently. A robust portal/Management Information System (MIS) for delivery of the training, monitoring and support mechanism will also be infused with this capacity building initiative.

It is Indeed a step up towards the change in the teaching and learning methods. This app has covered all the modules and explained very briefly through videos. Being a Mathematics teacher, I loved that Pedagogy video. Most recommended app. Kudos team 'Nishtha'. 👍🏻
NISHTHA is a nice and simple to use app for teachers. It could be made a bit more attractive by adding user profile as a filter for showing only relevant material to teacher like ePathshala for students. This could simplify the app further when you would add more content. All the best!
Very simple and impressive app. The icons are presentational. Giod work. NISHTHA will provide an opportunity for the teachers to come out with their insticts. CIET, NCERT has done a great job and miles to go.
The modules are not displaying in the screen nowadays. The screen shows only "select category". That's all. It's a good app to learn a lot.
In the modules to be completed by 15th December " pdf missing" error message is coming in certificate Expectations & assistance Slide in bihar_Pedagogy of Science & bihar_Pedagogy of Language. Due to this I am unable to complete the two courses. Please do the needful so that cources could be completed in time.
It's a wasting of time of teachers who r ready serious with their TLP. During the A/Y making teacher out of scl for 5 days which is not a good thing. Our first day of training only took for downloading Apps and Registration Process. The administration was not trained properly, without having such experience why r u going to implement it on teachers. Tday is a 2nd day still we r unable to login into webportal I suggest obj of training shd b train tchers, not to experiment d technolog on Us.
Course are not seen at all after 1 course is selected.. please enable such useful learning apps.. i am eagerly waiting for it..

I felt very easy to read i.e, the font of letters is convenient . Easy to open the app .
I have watched this app. Definitely there are lots of information for any teachers in text material(pdf) as well as pannel discussion video form in English & Hindi languages.
The 12 subject or themes are excellent.The. last two pocsco is new for me .I know 1098 help line of the child only and aware about the subject matter.It is helpful to the society ,teacher and children. Covid 19 all are well aware about it It I'd practical one .The practical learning exeperince needed for it.The subject matter is well constructed by exeperinced persons.We have acquired some knowledge in our day to day life.The subjects which we got from Nesta needful for us.Thank you very much.

App is full of glitches. Interface is not good at all. Whenever I play a video, just audio plays while the screen is blank. Downloads don't initiate on tapping on download. Maybe the worst app I have ever used
