BAD APP!! Buggy, inaccurate, no instructions, and doesn't run well on Samsung Note 8 (its not my phone, believe me). The app only sync'd the very first time and was chock full of errors. Could never get the app to sync again and it seems to be badly developed. Since I cannot get it to work, I dont know what its doing and I cannot trust it, I am uninstalling and will just take readings directly from the device to the computer. Way more inconvenient, but no other choice to log my sleep.

Needs to be removed from app store. HDM Windows data view works perfectly. This thing not only intermittently locks up, but the data it does gather from the Z2 auto is utterly inaccurate. Incorrect usage statistics to start, inaccurate leak and AHI data as well. As a result this is dangerous and needs to be removed!

Working after force shop, clearing storage and cache in app settings. Installed from appstore and was able to set password but no sync at all. Apparently there was a time mismatch between app and machine. Got a prompt to update the time but the app kept freezing when trying to sync. So went into Android apps & notifications, nitelog, force stop, storage, clear storage, clear cache, and restarted app. Now it works....fingers crossed.

Spent way too much time trying to get the app to work on my Galaxy S8+ running latest Android ops system. Seems to be a theme throughout the reviews, surprising no one on development team has issued an update to fix the problem. I'd like to hear from the development team as to what to do to make the app work. The error message I get when I try to run the app is 'not connected', and yes I resubmitted my data and re-registered the device and app is still non-funtioning. What say you app team?

This app is a piece of junk. FIX IT. After more than twelve tries to get it to work uninstall, reinstalling it. It synced with my phone once. Next time it stopped working. It says not connected to device, bad password, or just plain doesn't connect to my phone.

Works great. But can't understand why they dont tell you about password. Until you change the password so the app matches z2 you wont be able to pair. Put z2 in sby by pulling plug. Then open app and hit + in upper left corner. Hit blue change password and set. Then it asks to change unit password say yes and also allow it to to change clock , hit yes. Thats it works great.

They either need to fix the app, or pull it. Mine just hangs on "Verifying Password" and then dumps you back to the device list. There is no reason to password protect this, a simple BT pairing code would work great. Bet if they got rid of the password the app would work.

won't connect to the Z1 auto at all since a software update on my phone. message is this app was designed for an older version of android operating system. is there an update coming soon otherwise this app is useless for me to send compliance data to my provider. When is this app going to be updated to work on android. makes this travel device completely useless to me.

Can't connect device. App is outdated, fails to request permissions for connection. A lot of reviews about this since the last update, yet no fix 2 months later... Poorly managed with bad/no communications by the company. If they fix, will update review at that time.

DO NOT BUY THE EQUIPMENT UNTIL THEY UPDATE APP. Released in December of 2015 and not updated since. Shame on you. Spent $1000 on Z2 and battery pack and can't use it with an app. If I knew of your level of irresponsibility, I would have chosen another brand. The app does not stay connected. It's probably due to the fact that you developed and tested this on Android 4.0 and we are now using Android 9.0. Spend some money. Don't ruin a great machine with your lack of effort for app development.

Simply doesn't connect to the Z2. I did get it to connect to an older phone running Android 9. This one runs 10. But it should at least connect. Wish I looked at the reviews on here before buying this CPAP.

Bad app with no support. Have tried to make the app work with no luck. Contacted the developer who's answer was, 'check for updates" we'll it has been 1 year and still the app doesn't work. I need to check my history. Come on developers, how about looking after the customers.. poor form.

stopped working after latest Android update. Will not connect to z2. App has an error stating it was designed for an older version of Android. Please fix this app ASAP.

After a careful research, looking for a travel-small-compact device; just got my new Z2....SIMPLY, the NITELOG app doesn't work. Very disappointed, dissatisfied. Seriously thinking to return item....and go with my previous trademark (ResMed).

good Lord. this software is really a piece of work. It doesn't recognize password and it says the device is connected, it terminates at random, and clearly the manufacturer doesn't give a shirt. pity really be CPAP is a nice device but this software is insane.

It won't work with Z2 Auto. please make nitelog 2.0 available to all users worldwide just not the US. Nitelog also keeps crashing.

Unreliable to a point where it becomes useless. Mine won't show the data Page for days for no reason. Too bad because it takes value off of a decent product.

Jan 4 2019 after much research into portable cpap devices i decided to get the Z1 auto over the ResMed mini. Initial attempts to get app to connect were frustrating. Its a buggy app.

No device in app! Shows up in Bluetooth menu! Cannot connect. please update app for Android galaxy S10+ user. will edit review if this issue is resolved

User interface is not intuitive. I could connect to Z2 auto until I read the posts here. Connects to Z2 auto, but reports Z1 APAP for model .

App is not written well and does not record data on my Samsung S7 Edge device. Extremely buggy and needs to be fixed even running with latest firmware code.

Completely non-functional on Android. Shows the initial info I input and nothing else. Please fix it or remove it. It is part of the Breas sales pitch and is misleading information.

I am not much about negativity but this is by far the worse app. I have ever encountered. To such a degree that I am buying a new travel APAP and the Z auto by Breas is not on the possible list.

PLEASE!!!!! This app needs an update for the Android OS! Several people have rated that this is a problem. It is important that this app is updated to the new Android OS a lot of people use this app.

Crashes everytime, does not import data, works well to control CPAP remotely, but that is about it.

I downloaded an APK file called nitelog which is a red symbol of a person in a bed, and it works great it is actually a breas app not like this one, everyone do yourself a favour and forget this 💩 app and do the apk thing, as the app is available on the app store just not in Australia

Does not work with Z2. Online manual says it can connect to Z2 machine but it won't. Supposedly Nitelog 2.0 should be available, but does not exist in Appstore.

I wouldn't give a star if i can help it. Worse app ever. Log in inaccurate and now it is not working at all!
