NIV Bible Free Offline

I recently discovered that I have a defect in my right eye, (which thank God, is being taken care of) and therefore struggle to read normal print. The fact that the app allows me to adjust the font size, tops it all! Ta so much because now I can read easily thus understand quicker than I would when the font is small! Also, I can even read with the lights off during Load shedding! Thank you keep up the good work 👏👊🙏!

This is one of the better Bible apps that I have tried. It is very easy to use and go from book to book and verse to verse for following along with a a minister's service. I just wish that there was an option to by the app and be able to do away with it adds. The adds pop-up as you go through from book to book so that does slow you down when you are trying to find the next book and verse. If you would put that option in the app it would be perfect. Still a very good quality app.

I do like the app. but...the daily verse has not changes since I downloaded the app. Also it would be a better app if you could get some insight on verses in addition to being provided other verses in the Bible that mention that particular subject...which I do like. A few more thing would be much is if I had more control over the highlighting feature. sometimes I do not wish to highlight the whole verse and then it does not save the highlights on my original page.

The app itself is great! I absolutely hate the loud!!ads that pop up at the most inopportune times!! It is impossible to use this app in a quiet setting and certainly could not use it in a church service!! Im sure ads are needed, however you really should limit those to visual ads only!!!!

If you are looking for a great Scripture app, look no further . Incredibly easy to use, change font size, backgrounds, etc. Two thigs I particularly like: when you swipe to the next chapter, the text lowers so you can instantly see the Book and Chapter # and know where you are, and NO DISTRACTING ADS under the Scripture text, a NONNEGOTIABLE for me. All their available translations are equally good.

Fine app, but I was frustrated that I couldn't read beyond the chapter I selected in reading mode. I couldn't just read the whole book, or scroll farther or earlier to look at context. I had to choose a chapter and it would only let me scroll through that chapter. I had to go back and select the next chapter before I could read beyond. This is a real problem with the app. Would love to be brought to a verse and then scroll around from there.

I have a paper Bible at home but struggled to really understand it. I was looking for an easy to use Bible app and decided to download this NIV version. The search function is easy and straightforward to use. I was quite enthusiastic about the daily verse section and reflection; it's a shame it doesn't change though.

I like this NIV App because of its good cross references to related scriptures. However, where there's more than one reference it gives automatic access to only one of all the given references. I suggest it be improved to enable automatic access to all the references given. And, I can't find anywhere a W. E. Vine Expository or a Strong's Concordance that is based on the NIV. The KJV the above-mentioned are based on is very old English. Can you please write to connect these works to NIV.

1. The App is good but it's a challenge sharing the specific highlighted verses in any book. it instead prompts you to highlight the entire chapter. 2. The display page for the books in the Bible can be improved with a menu bar for quick search to aid the readers who may not be sure whether the needed book is in the OT or NT

I really appreciate the way the app is constructed for easy access and references. My only wish would be that one can transition from one chapter to the next by a continuous scroll instead of existing and clicking on the next chapter. (Apart from that I love it)👍

Several times i've tried to look up for the number of times a particular word is used in a book but in most cases without success; whereas the said word is actually used in book. I expected that whenever i enter a word for search in a given bk i should have straight result, but at times they say 'no results for... "FOOL" or "SLUGGARD" in Proverbs' for example. I'll be back later, thanks.

This is a very good version of the Holy Bible as far as getting to read it online! It is also correct in it's proper wording, compared to our Bibles at home. The NIV version is good for anyone looking too read a more modern wording of the Holy Bible! Also very easy to use User Interface, as it saves where you last read your Chapter in whichever book you are currently reading as well! Take care and may Jesus Christ bless you all!

Its very easy to use ... Its a good thing that its not a complicated app , but you can improve when it comes to searching for a script , the app only wants you to search for the exact words that appear on on your NIV version... It doesnt help you in anyway.

Unbelievable that anybody producing a digital Bible app would allow ads for games showing adultery. I went to click on the books to change which book I was in and this and other ads pop up. To monotize the Word of God is dangerous. If Jesus trashed the temple because of money lenders, I wouldn't want to be any of the devs that allowed the monetization of the Word of God. I will never read this app again.

Great Bible app! The only issue I have is that it's hard to navigate through. I kind of wish it also had a page turner so that I don't have to go back up to the navigation on top and manually select the chapters and verses each time.

I love this version for several reasons. It is a red letter bible, meaning that everything that Jesus said is printed in red. Next it gives you links to chapters and verses that are linked to the verses before the link. Lastly it's very easy to use and understand. Try this app you won't be sorry. It also gives you daily devotionals and more I haven't mentioned.

Wow it's really a great app but the issue i have with it us that when you marke a passage to send to a friend there is no option of send or copy so making it difficult to send a passage to a friend again when giving daily verse and the message under the verse the words are too moved to the right to an extend that some words can not be seen. Please if this problem is handled then it will be good. Never the less it is such a great app

One of the most easy apps for finding a book or verse of the Bible quickly. The daily devotionals are great giving me a discussion of each devotion so I improve on my understanding of what I read. Ads are a bit of a nusance, but not intrusive or annoying. Guess they're necesary. I highly recommend this app

This app has a simple easy setup and I would've given 5 stars but I prefer to journal while I am reading daily verses and parts of the bible. I believe it give a deeper self connection to the message of God's word. Other than that, its really wonderful. Just needs a side to be personal with the bible, not just informative. ❤

The app works perfectly fine, in locating verses, texts, individuals and passages. The beauty is that it works offline. The developers should improve on the daily verse section which is always static (needs to keep changing daily).

Great Bible app. The first I downloaded and have used on Android. The interface is very navigatable and friendly. It makes reading my Bible daily more convenient. I am switching to the KJV of this Bible app by the same dev. The only thing I could want more is all of the study material from my physical life application study Bible.

is good and easy to use especially using the search bar to look for related scriptures that contains a particular word. Not five star because most at times when i turn on the apps, it doesn't come on but counts from 1% to 100% without opening the app. i will need to restart my phone before it opens though sometimes it will not. Nevertheless i like this app because is easy to use gives me what i need.

The app is just amazing, the bible itself is in simple, understable language, the organisation of how you choose the book, chapter and verses is superb. Im yet to find out the rest of the futures, but so far, everything is perfect.

This app is really great and helpful and with very perfect words being used. Only thing is daily verse is not being updated from past one week it's same everyday. Kindly fix the bug. It'll be really helpful to share daily verse with everyone via other apps. Edited feedback- Daily verse has not yet been updated it's almost same from past two weeks I would like to take back 5 stars and as soon as u update it I'll be back with whole heart to give you 5 star😊.

It takes a while to find a given passage or verse and does not seem to work when no internet connection although it says offline,so that is a little disappointing. It may be easier with a little more practice.

I really love this NIV Bible App. One thing that is very special and which I hv'nt found in any othr Bible App, is the ability to Copy & Paste. So one can copy scripture(s) and paste on anothr application.. makes it easy to share.. That's powerful. HOWEVER, I wish it had th option of adding comments or make Personal notes right nxt to any scripture.. Plz consider that option.

I love this app. The search tool and cross reference are a great help in both bible study and in preparing lessons. The ads are a small distraction but don't interfere with your study. A great tool to have.

One of the best Bible apps I have used. My only gripe is with the ads. Had an ad suddenly play out loud on my phone despite being in silent mode, whilst in church... 😩 Unfortunately ads are needed to keep it free. Good app nonetheless.

I really like this app! I've been looking for an app that is simple to use, because I basically just want to be able to read the NIV Bible (and have the ability to change the size of the text.) This is the only app I've discovered on the Google Play Store that actually fulfills those requirements. (I'm not really interested in obtaining an audio Bible, for instance.) I want to thank the developers for "keeping it simple." Less is more, as they say!
