NIV Bible Offline free

I love this app, except for the fact that the daily verse, thoughts, and prayer, display too far to the right on my device, blocking out all or part of the last word in each line. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it doesn't help. It is not meaningful, when you have to guess what the words are. The columns in the books & chapters of the Bible are displaying fine, so far.

Easy to use. Like that it allows one to go directly to the section in a chapter or verse. Ideally great for personal readings, Bible studies, and Church sermons and/or fellowship. The extra features ( i.e. daily verses etc., ) are beneficial. Moreover, it is available offline and without pop up ads, which can be annoying when reading or following scripture during church service... all are an added bonus in the app. I have recommended this app.

It is very helpful for me to understand the word of god i feel like the words are from the original bible. Moreover, our church use the same version. Iam visually impaired person, and i read braille. This also has niv version, but i feel the translation is dragging, and some words are out of the bible. This mobile app helps me a lot. I do not need to be hesitated to go with the flow with others.

I'm simply enjoying the experience of using this app. I find navigation through the Bible easy because of the user friendly way the content is organised. I also like the inclusion and easy access to alternative meanings to some of the words in the text. I've so far found nothing to complain about. Thanks.

I love the app. The cross references are simple and easy. The character size is large enough to be comfortable. Would like a paid version to eliminate the ads. Also, i have not been able to add multiple version without downloading the app again.

User friendly except adjusting of fonts requires one to go 2 steps back and reset the searched passage... if the desired font size is not yet achieved, one has to go all over again and adjust the font size & move 2 steps back. Kindly reprogram this feature to take place on one screen, e.g. as one adjusts the font size, the end result should be visible even if the screen is cascaded for this or the desired look is reduced and observable to allow for the font adjustment feature to be used.

I enjoy this app because of its ease to study the word. It's easy to jump between books and verses and I that the cross references and footnotes are in the writing. This app has helped me to study the bible for myself. I also like the verse of the days. It helps to me read, learn and pray everyday. The only improvement I would make would be to more easily find the verses I have highlighted as I read. This is a great bible app! Download it!

The text is very well presented. However, as I studied Proverbs 8 this morning, I discovered something, though errant, that seems to be common to all Bible versions and applications. In Proverbs, chapter 8, verses 4, 12, 22 and 32 are punctuated with initiating quotation marks as if these verses are the beginnings of new paragraphs (as one would see in prose). However, the entire chapter is presented in VERSE. Perhaps the aforementioned could be presented as prose.

This particular NIV Bible app is just fantastic! The words are well spaced and clearly visible. It is also easy to use because the diction is less ambiguated... The English is so simple and poses no difficulty in the interpretation and understanding. Honestly, I recommend it for anybody who loves and enjoys reading the Bible.

The option to choose other versions is also very essential. Can you make it function. I will be glad if you extend it to other languages including Greek and Hebrew. You can also include an option to choose any other language depending on the country or tribe on line and the be able to use it off line. This will make this app unique to other apps and that would be great.

This app has totally made the Bible accessible to me in ways I never imagined! The fact that I can access the word whenever I need it is truly a blessing. The search function helps me find quotes faster so I can apply to any situation I face. That is actually one of the most appealing aspects of this app for me, aside from its convenience. I have got a hard copy of the Holy Bible NIV version . I've never asked for any other version ever since I started using it . It is easy to use as it constitutes simple and simplified English . It also comes with headings for quick reference and understanding during Bible Study . It is really a great app version

the daily verse is a good way to start or end your day before prayer! its a great reminder to read the more of the word. Plus its very easy to navigate and I love the search in this app. for a verse, or a specific word through the whole bible. and in different translations. I recommend this one!

Straight forward and easy to use. I like having the daily verses and the ability to search and read the bible all in one app! You get one ad popping up when you launch the app but that's it. I don't find the ads disruptive.

I'm grateful to have this app. I read the daily verse, comment and prayer each day. The convenience & easy access are especially beneficial. A must for me when travelling and don't have other resources with me. Thank you for the user-friendly format as well. A success on many levels. A 10 rating for sure!

I've just replaced my old iPhone! I couldn't download the Bible Ap except for the KJV This new phone has instantly loaded the NIV easily too! I love being able to read God's Word on my phone. I have loved the app. The extravagant cross refference, being linked directly in the text is just enriching for purposes of letting Scripture talk for Scripture. The discrete arrangment of verses such that each stands as a parragraph, makes reading enjoyable. The absence of provision to copy the selected a verse, is a disappointment. The exhaustive concodence is pearl. The provision to check out each word meaning in the dictionary is quite enriching in my study. Good job yet free?!

I use this app primarily to find scriptures, like a Concordance, when I I'm searching for a particular scripture or a topic to study. I love that I can download it so I don't have to count on WiFi. And it's always been beneficial and finding many scriptures that I can meditate on and used to draw closer to my Dad.

My experience so far is okay. Font size is good; i like the cross references. Would be nice to have different colors to highlight favorite verses. The different layout of books is easy to maneouver which is really nice and thebway ita split into new and old testament even makes it better.

I love this Bible app, can read it anytime, anywhere and by verse book or chapter. When Jesus speaks it's in red and NIV so a simplified version of the word of God. Very good when I'm on the road and don't have a Bible with me or when I want to read the word of God at any moment.

Meets all of my expectations flawlessly. Installed it on a second and different make of cell, and so far performs with no glitches at all. Ease of use gets better and better as one gets more familiar with the app. A stable app.

Ever since I started using this app, I have grown spiritually which of course is the main goal of reading the word of God,, what I enjoyed most is that it is simple and easy to read as well as to share the app is very easy. It's simple and easy to read but it's slow and not so clear in terms of marking scriptures and noting, sometimes it fails to open so the technology need upgrade. thank you.

Really enjoy being able to have readings at the tips of my fingers. Also enjoy the daily readings, thoughts and prayers. Not so easy to find particular verses though. It often says 'can't be found'.

The night mode in the settings enables me to see the text cleraly and being able to increase the font size is a plus for me whose sight is not too sharp. The app is also easy to download.

I have loved having the app so far but have found that when I'm reading the exact verse I'm looking for I would like to be able to read maybe before or after it more than what is provided. Maybe like flipping through the pages of an actual book perhaps.

Having this app on our phones are really great. At night when I can not use reading lights but wants to read some more Words, its very convenient. The reading guide very helpful. The daily verse, i love it for daily devotion. I love this app plus I have always been NIV user/reader so all is perfect.
