My granddaughter opened this account for me in Dec. 2021. And I was putting g pictures on. We had a power outage and I got a message to reset.. I did...now I can't use it. Granddaughter told me User name and password. But it says one or the other is not correct. She can send pictures but I can't and I can only use my remote not the app.

This service isn't ready for prime time. My experience has been disappointing. I tried to order a picture and frame for about 6 weeks until they resolved the issue. I finally got to place my order and now 3 weeks later I'm still waiting, oh and I'm a paying subscriber but not for long. Unacceptable 👎👎👎👎👎

When this app works, it's great. Most of the time, I can send photos straight from the pictures to the frames. Other times, it acts like I don't have an account, doesn't recognize my email address and password. We paid a lot of money for these frames for our elderly parents and can't even send them pictures of their grandchildren. Very frustrating 😕!

They keep screwing with the integration with one drive and Amazon photos. The latest update broke it AGAIN. rolling back to previous version and staying there. Come on, guys. A photo frame has to integrate with photo apps

Excellent tech support! I was experiencing an issue with my frame not recognizing my email address which would not allow me to login. Joe from the support team worked with me to resolve my issue. He was promt in his responses, communicated clear instructions and was very courteous. I am back to enjoying my Nixplay!

Happy with the frame for the most part...got frames for each of my extended family to share photos. Update Request: Give people the ability to hide shared photos when necessary. I receive them all automatically, because I just approve them all, but some are just a bit iffy...would rather hide quietly than offend loudly.

While the hardware is great, the software is not great. So many issues to mention I'm not sure where to start... 1. There is no option to display the date when the photo was taken. Its nice to know when the photos displayed on the digital frame were taken. Now I have to manually insert the date. Tedious and laborious 2. The albums are lined up in a random fashion under content library... So it'll take a while for you to find any album you're looking for. More to say but I'm limited to 500 words

Poorly designed and NOT user friendly. I sent a text to my friends to let them know the email address they could send photos to. Then there's the option for a friends list. But if you add someone to your friends list that previously sent photos via email, there is no way to condense the two into one list. There's also no way to move photos between albums. If you change an album name, the original album is renamed but any photos uploaded after are sent not sent to renamed album.

Bought frame as a gift and was told it was the best to use, so far not usable and frame failing to connect to their own server. All updates went through with no issues, but when attempting to pair it won't go through. Returning this overpriced pile of junk. *same day edit: even after the issue was fixed the frame would not work. I finally was able to hard reset after a half hour of trying and got it to work but works slow. As long as the wife is happy it stays.

I really enjoy this app and frame. It was easy to invite family members to submit photos. We will be primarily be using the email option rather than each of us downloading the app. It just seems easier that way. I did have a little trouble figuring out how to add captions to the photos that were emailed. It's easy enough to do, but it's not intuitive.

When it works linking my Google Photos it's a nice app but I constantly get requested for rights to my photos. The loading of my albums hardly ever works. Got worse over the year with the updates. As for the web it doesn't work at all. Drag album to playlist does nothing. Unfortunate as it is a very nice frame.

App is fairly confusing at first when your a friend sending pictures. Would be better to show the frame your sending them too. Also it should feedback info when sending pictures, for example, successful and failed to send. Noticed a lot of pictures weren't reaching the frame with no way to tell which pictures.

DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE!! Both their desktop website as their mobile app are completely rubbish. You will experience loads of (unclear) errors, high latency and just general instability. You need these apps to configure your frame. It took me 2 hours of retrying before I could actually upload and display a handful of pictures. However I cannot link my fb account cause their desktop website isn't working properly either! There are too many issues with their software. Find an alternative frame!

Just got frame & trying to get it running. Looks like a good idea but some issues ... 1 Skimpy instructions. How to move or delete photos from playlists, add photos direct, etc. Looked online but so far didn't find info. I guess I'll call tech service after I am more familiar with the system. 2 My photos are now on win10 desktop, but nixplay doesn't run on PC without buying an android emulator. So I must buy emulator, set up acct, permissions. 3 No info abt how to load direct frm Google photos

It's Christmas morning and I got my mom the Nixplay photo frame. While she was at work I wanted to set up the frame for her but I was running into connection troubles. I called Nixplay (expecting no answer as it was a Holiday) but I got connected to John right away who helped me get it all set up. Best customer experience I've had in a while. The photos look great and I couldn't be happier with the product!

Keeps Crashing on Upload I use this app specifically to remote upload photos for a frame I gifted my mother. Since the December update the app keeps crashing when I attempt to upload photos - in the middle of writing captions, in the middle of uploading photos, etc. If captions saved in the app or wouldn't be as troublesome, but the tedious work to try again and again is getting ridiculous.

Creating a new Playlist has disallowed us from accessing the paired phone's cameraroll in order to upload more photos. Also cannot add photos from other devices after the first attempt. Very, very frustratingly designed, and it feels as if it should have been much more intuitive than it is.

My mom got this for me to share pics of the kids to her. I've never had a electric photo frame, so I can't compare, but this is AWFUL. It doesn't let me access all the photos on my phone! Just a month or two back. Excuse me?! This is literally an app for displaying photos. Random apps on my phone that have nothing to do with pictures give me total access just to find a profile pic, but THIS can't? So I linked a photo album. That gave the pics, but THAT playlist can't be shared?! Beyond stupidity

I was having trouble receiving photos from a friend. I could send pictures to the friend, but was not receiving the photos she was trying to send me. The issue was that my friend was selecting her own name instead of selecting the friend she was trying to send to. John from Nixplay support walked me through the process the friend needed to do. He also called me back to make sure the process of my friend sending photos to me worked. Thanks for all your help.

Setting up wifi is a nightmare just keep trying eventually it takes though is unstable. Has ZERO support for google photos and Google photo sharing on Android. SERIOUSLY? It's a product thats somewhat randomly built bit missing all of the integrations needed for it to be great.

Very easy to use and the customer service/support is the best I've ever had. I had an issue figuring out how to send photos at first , I sent an email and within 5 minutes I had a reply. They walked me through it and then a few days later they checked in to make sure I was still doing alright. Would highly recommend this product and service

I purchased Nixplay frame for my 95- year old mother. Best purchase! She loves it! I needed tech support and was very pleased with the level of support. Lou was patient and professional while she put up with me. We exchanged numerous emails and phone calls. I would recommend this product and the Nuxplay team to everyone.

Had difficulty getting started on Christmas day. Since we live out of state from where the frame is going to be used I took a chance calling customer service tech support. John was awesome. Not only was he available on Christmas, but he was very patient in helping me get everything paired and working. As we are new we don't have long term device info, but customer service was well above expectations.

No Android video support! Nixplay advertises support for videos. What they don't tell you is that only works if you have an iPhone. Very disappointed with my purchase, unfortunately I am outside the return window.
