• Photos/Media/Files: For attaching bills/receipts and profile pictures.
• Device-id/Call-info: We use the Device-Id to identify the app and better security. We do not check for call logs and neither do we make calls from the app.
• Contacts: To pre-fill your information wherever required for better experience.
• SMS: To auto-read One-Time Passwords(OTP). We do not read older messages.
• Some other basic permissions for proper and seamless app functionality.

This is the best concept for any outbound traveller who is looking for a seamless and secure way to make transactions in a foreign country. The charges are the least in this industry and this app has world class features that make the experience a delight! The customer service team is available 24X7 to make sure you are never stranded in any situation. Can't recommend this highly enough!!!
This turns out to be the best and truly international prepaid card. I have always used credit cards for convenience. I saved Rs.4.50 per US$ in exchange rate prefering this card over crecit card. I am a regular buyer on international mailorder services. Will certainly save big in future. I highly recommend it. BTW this application is just perfect for my needs.
Hi, I have given you two star not because your services are bad its because all financial apps have an option of scan and pay but this app has no facility. Kindly look in to it and hope you guys will come up with a idea. Not all food vendors accept card. All the best...
Used this card overseas in Seychelles, amazing experience, could use it almost everywhere without any issues, and no extra markup charges. Just one place it failed saying not sufficient funds, apart from that the experience was amazing.
Really great product for frequent travellers. We don't need to buy or sell the currency which saves a lot of money. And best part is locking and unlocking of the card which makes it very much secure.👍👍
Worst experience and customer care service ..... My app was running and in d meanwhile i was logged out from the app when i tried to relogin it shows incorrect password....i reset it again 3 to 4 times but again and again it was showing incorrect password........then i uninstalled and reinstalled application ..... when i tried to login it shows no customer is register on this mobile number .... i freaked out.... i dialled customer care number but they are not professionally sounded.
This old version app was really good. UI was awesome. Loved it. But now we are forced to install bharat app, which really has worst UI And Many bugs. It's useless. Please revert back to the standard version I used. I am ashamed to be a NiYO customer now
Woaah.. This was just amazing, I just returned from my trip to europe and the niyo card worked everywhere flawlessly. To be honest i was bit skeptical when i took this card and to be on safer side converted some cash into euros but i am regretting it now. The zero mark up offered by this card was unmatchable and the services provided by the app were really good. The only extra charge which I saw was during withdrawal of cash from ATM but that too I think was from the atm provider. Kudos Guys!!
Used this service during my recent travel to Singapore and Indonesia. The card worked really well and was accepted at all Visa merchants. It was easy to load money from my bank account to my Niyo card as well. Another useful feature is that the transactions show up immediately on your app - Found this useful for accounting/auditing purposes and helped me to accurately split costs with fellow travellers.

Just installed the app, seems to be fine and helpful so far. What I understand is 1. No service fee on foreign service fees 2. INR deducted will be as per the currency value that day 3. Remaining AMT (if any) can be transferred back to a/c or used 4. Lock card (if misplaced) using app
its a very good app & friendly & convinient card to travel all over, but the feature of currency converter was very good we were able to know tentative exchange rate, please add that feature again to make it better
Best card and services i have ever came across. I used this card for 4 months in many countries of europe. It works perfectly and have excelllent features in its app plus most reliable card. i personally suggest to give it a try. 😊
Customer care number doesnt work at all. Writing to them seems like a waste of time. No callback nor any message. IFSC code is invalid for IMPS transactions. And NEFT fund transfers not showinh on account. no one to contact for help.
Wonderful experience with niyo food card. Before i was using sudexo meal coupons. such a big pain it was. Many stores used to charge more for sudexo coupons, on top of that counting of sudexo was a big pain. Many times i used to loose coupons which would literally negate the tax benefits. With niyo no such hazzles.
I would have gice 0 starts but it is not permissible. I transferred my money to another bank account the amount has been debited but has not been credited in beneficiay bank account. I have raised 7 written complain regarding same to niyo but always I receive an automated mail saying my issue will be resolved it has been more than 10 days I don't know when they are gonna return me my money back worst experience and they worst part is they don't even have a proper customer support system
very convenient and easy to operate the app. helpline is always available . resolves issue in decent time. best solution for travel card. strongly recommended.
First it said incorrect pin. I reset the pin and still said the same. Then I tried uninstall and reinstall of the app. Now I cant open at all. It says my mobile number is not found. I tried reaching the cx care and the call gets disconnected. Bad service, Niyo!
Benefits in app name..to get this you should try a lot.no proper support at all.worst support.they won't respond immediately. I m trying. To make payment for local internet which is failing even I have sufficient balance under data category.i had asked questions of payment failure for data payment they are telling make payment to swiggy or Zomato it will be success. Finally got response and sorted out issue. Local internet we can't make payment via niyo under tax benefits from Mindtree.
last one week it is not working. So many times uninstalled and relaunched. still it shows 'network error 'and oops something went wrong.
Very good product and service. A card that helps you pay in every currency. Customer service is excellent and super fast for cuatomers. I had lost my card and had asked for assistance and I received it in minutes of sharing my issue. Highly impressed by Niyo.
Amazingly simple to use, exchange rates offered seem to be better than that offered by most of the banks on their travel cards and the best part is you dont need to re-convert once your trip is over, use it in india like any other debit card.
awesome app and services, the app lets you pay in the home currency of the country you are in. , which reduces the rate of commission for currency exchange, and doesn't charge any other charges like annual bank charges or similar, the best way to shop with abroad

When I'm trying to open the app it's throughing the error like oops something went wrong. Previous I can open this app but this time I'm unable to open it. Can you please advice ,because I need to claim my bills
