NJ Child Support Case Info

The NJ Child Support Case Information application is the official child support mobile platform for the state of New Jersey; it allows custodial and non-custodial parents to retrieve secure case information related to child support payments for their children. Users are only authorized to view a case to which they are a party, and utilize a member ID and PIN to access the information. Information found within includes details on Case, Obligations and Arrears, Intergovernmental Case, Schedule, Enforcement, Financial, Disbursement, and Genetic Test Results. The application is simply to view details, and not to actually make payments. Users are also able to find the closest child support office location, using Google Maps and geotargeting. This application gives the same information and access as the web-based Case Information portal http://caseinfo.njchildsupport.org.

Easy to use and convenient I don't have to go to web or risk getting hacked like my one child support bank account did.

Incredibly frustrating!! I have to close the app and reopen every time I wanna go to a new tab, and I can't get into any of the subsections on any if the tabs!! Update: I appreciate the developer's quick response in regard to the problems I'm having. I raised my review to 2 stars, and I will raise it again once the issues are fixed.

the app is with all information that is in the website, the bad about this app is that you only get to view portrait mode, when view the screen it automatically cuts your information off the page at the bottom of the page. Its hard to scroll up to view any further information.. i rather just go to the original website. njchildsupport.

App let's you look at 1 item in your case info options,then locks up. If you look at Disbursements to CP, (For example) then want to look at case info or any other options you have to log out then in again for each and every view you would like to observe. Android Galaxy Note 9, Android Pie with Samsung ONE UI on top. Would be a great app if you could view each item without having to sign out and in everytime.

The new update caused me to have to delete the app. It takes up way too much storage on your device and doesn't allow you to store the app on an sd card. Not worth it when you can just go to the actual website.

I enter my info which is correct as I can use it on the web but it doesn't let me sign in. I just used it less than 10 minutes ago but switched devices because the info loads weird and I need a physical copy. please fix.

Love to this app. I love that I can scroll threw each tab and how easy it is to navigate. I love 5he fact that if you have more than 1 case they are separated from one another.

the app sat on the main loading screen until my screen timed out. it worked for older Android versions, now I am totally disappointed.

I am now locked out of seeing any of my account details; my payments are never reflected properly and after making over payments by atleast a month, I have been locked out.

Will not load i use it to pay my support and it will not load beings I live far from my child in a totally different county it would be convenient.I have downloaded this app 3 times and it still won't load. So once again I am late with my payment.

When I log in it will only let me select one category. If I try to change to a different selection it does nothing and I have to log out then log back in

App is terrible....website is glitchy unless your on a computer...been on child support for 6 years and honestly the customer service/support is worse than the amount of money i have to pay. It gives off vibes that say "we dknt care about your issues can you just pay your money".... And that says alot...TY Nj for putting a price on my child.
