Perfect, it function is very simple.
This app is useful only if you want to view your investments, nothing else....you can't have basic options of pause, buy or redeem. Even if you download the networth report you can just see name of SIP, total amount, NAV...which are also not realtime or updated....also you don't even get your folio number which is very important....
No real timing of stocks and mutual fund portfolio ...even it doesn't gets updated after few hours of trade closure ...pathetic app. Editing it after 7 months approx - still same issues persist ...absolutely no work has been done on the features and regular updates.
App should be modernized like groww app... Everything should happen from the app

Please add notification / alert section in app. Keep it in sync with sms & mail alerts. Also add more functionality to app, which is available on website. When the funds are switched, the amount is not shown in summary table when they are unallocated. It seems as if the amount is missing. Please add it in unallocated, by the time it is alloted to the new folio.
Very poor and very basic. In the times when digital is becoming a way of life and life is getting more uncertain "investments" is becoming a big priority. Apps should be able to give you notifications on investment advise at right time, fund options and recommendations, alternative investment avenues, investment tips...etc..this is a very passive APP...Owner interest is ZERO and lest customer focused...
The app is not user friendly. While open the application everytime shows "Session Expired". In application what is the security reasons behind it? I can't understand. The application UI should like the Motilal Oswal app. Where you can find each and everything in one application. In NJ application there are so many applications need to download like trading, MF.
Earlier the app worked well. Since last one month or so the app either does not open quickly or does not open at all Even after giving feedback to that effect,no improvement is seen. It appears the company now does not bother for its clients.
Lot of bugs. Password change is a headache. Always showing that old password is incorrect. But after exit, the newpassword was working. 2nd, the feedback link in About us is not working. Please check the App thoroughly and rectify the bugs.
With the new addition its looks good, but would like some more additions like graphical representation of the NAV over the years... Also there should be the lost of top performing funds in different category. This could be more beneficial for the investors. You may add a section for recommendations from the key opinion leaders to help the investors know their views..
I checked recent transactions and identified that it requires few time to update because after 6 to 7 hour transactions is updated. Now it's displayed all purchases. Previously it displays only one. But now it is fine.
Hi my ID is shaloomadan...the app is malfunctioning for last two months or so ...I uninstalled and installed the app many times. It works fine for the few hours. After that when I open the app cursor keeps moving but app doesn't open., Mind it, this problem remains same even if I don't opt for auto login
Today when I tried to open app, it kicked me out and took me to login screen. When I provided my login credentials again, it crashed. I restarted my mobile but same issue. I reinstalled app but still same issue. It was working absolutely fine till 31st May. It never had any issue from last 2 years. My device details are mentioned below: NJ client version: 5.0 Device name: ONEPLUS A6000 Platform: Android OS Version: 9 Please look into this issue at the earliest.

repeated login error. auto-logout repeatedly. While tried to reset password, always shows "Invalid ID or email" . Same problems again and again even after cleaning cache and maintaining proper health(software) of the phone.
Real time values of shares are not getting reflected on client desk app. Values that are being shown are round off values. It should show exact and real time values. Hence It does not make help to compare a Total gain or loss.
App is very slow, and app is not helpfull. Abruptly logs out. Many things like change of bsnk accounts can be given, providing uploading option. I had sent papers for chznge of bank accounts 3 months ago. All these can be avoided
