This app is designed for police and law enforcement professionals but could be beneficial to those who want to learn more about the laws of the road.
List screen covers all motor vehicle statutes from equipment to moving violations with details and language from the law books of the State of New Jersey.
PLEASE NOTE: This is MORE than just a list, if your select one of the statues listed on the main screen you will see the full text for that listed statute. Search feature is active and can be accessed by pressing the magnifying glass on your android device. Please contact me with any questions.
This is a first release as of 1-15-2011. It is written by a police officer for other police officers and lawyers for ease of use. Please feel free to email any suggestions for improvement!

**This app now includes a Motor Vehicle points schedule and a list of mandatory court appearance required statutes.
**My latest update to this app provides the user with the option to show the entire (full) title 39 database, or use an alternate condensed (quick) version which lists the most commonly charged statutes. The user can choose between these two in the preferences menu. By default you will be using the quick version.

Purchased this app and developer cancelled app and made a new one with a yearly subscription. I should get my money back. Greedy developer. Buyer beware!
your can't save your favorites. after a while your favorite statues say "Court appearance required- read notes"

App is perfect! Really like how it provides valuable details that you need for the statutes
Extremely useful and consistently up to date. Beats spending around $60 a year on a new title 39 book. It is also intuitive. There is literally nothing else on the market like it. Works extremely well on Samsung s5 and the Samsung s7 edge.
Unless you know the statue or the exact title to the violation...the search results "nothing found". Makes you want to throw your phone.

Reply to dev: check your instructions, you don't mention holding the menu button. You say hit the search button. Why hide the most important feature of your app? Make a button ffs. ......changed to a 3 star. 5 for a button. The developer removed the ability to search if your phone doesn't have a magnifying glass button built into the phone....Yes, you need a 3 year old device to search. It's been many months since he removed it so it's obvious it's not coming back.
You can't do a search as there is no magnifying glass button on Samsung S5. App does not have any other navagation to seach just a straight list of 39 charges.
I read the please read section an realized how to do a search. Love the app!!!!

Been using it for years, pretty sure I paid a fee when I downloaded it. Now all the sudden you need a subscription. It was good while it lasted.
