This app said 3+ so i decided i would download it because im 12 but when i went to sign up it only up to 2002 and i think this is unacceptable because if u say 3+ it has to be 3+

Not a great app. you cannot message people without havin to pay and everyone you see has not been seen in like ten months. I know that because I went on my freinds account and it said that she had not been seen in five months and she said that she was there yesterday. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. this app is truly terrible
