Easy to navigate and make bookings. You can see at a glance what classes you have booked.
Doesn't state name of instructor. Duplicates name/type of class. 45 min classes are registered as 1 hour. Could be better.
Nobody answer this NL phone no,paying £35 monthly and cannot make online booking ..been there 3 times to ask how to do it online and none of them got a clue, neither on their own phones

It's easy to book classes
Absolutely shocking app. Not easy for people to navigate at all. Can't book for yourself and others at the same time. And to top it all off the contact detail dont work so if you try to phone to fix issues they are unresolved.
Great app , so easy to use
Does not work with Android phone's, able to access info - unfortunately doesn't allow me to book classes. It is continually slow going from 1 option to another then states unreachable at booking point, much quicker booking via website.
Excellent for finding and booking classes. Would be great if it told you who was taking activity.
Once logged in to your account its impossible to log into another account, trying to make bookings for my daughter who is 12 and just took on a membership. What good is it if she can't book classes to attend 🙄
Dreadful on android phones. Can't amend or cancel a booking. Looks totally different to the Apple version.
Advises service unreachable when trying to log in. Nor is the app displaying any classes. Currently useless unfortunately.

Last week I could get an appointment for every time bar 5.10 the one I wanted now this week it is only giving me 3 options 4.30 ,5.30 and 7, is it my phone that is playing up?

its probably the worst app I have ever seen
Can't change the venue option
Easy enough to find and book classes however the notification system for waitlists is terrible. It should be an automatic place to the first on the list, then second etc. Not an email that doesn't come through till 5mins after a cancellation when someone has then already taken the space. An app notification for any cancelled classes would also be more beneficial than center staff trying to phone everyone.
