NLB Pay - Your Mobile Wallet!

NLB Pay mobile wallet allows you to realize contactless payments on the POS terminals at home and abroad. The NLB Pay mobile wallet uses NFC technology and payments can be made with NLB Mastercard and Visa payment cards of NLB Bank that are digitized in your NLB Pay mobile wallet.

The payment method is simple, fast and secure. To pay, you only need to bring your mobile phone to a contactless POS terminal.
The NLB Pay mobile wallet can be used on Android phones (KitKat 4.4 and higher) and NFC (Near Field Communication).

NLB Pay The mobile wallet digitizes all your NLB Mastercard and Visa payment cards and provides non-contact payments through your mobile phone. Once the seller has entered and confirmed the payment amount, just bring your mobile phone to the POS terminal and your payment has been realized. For payments up to 750 den., You do not need to enter a PIN code, while for payments over 750 denars should be confirmed with your PIN code. All payments made with the NLB Pay Mobile Wallet are shown in the "Details - Data for the Card" section.

Step 1: DOWNLOAD
Download the app from Google Play.

Step 2: ACTIVATING
• Enter your EMBG (unique citizen identification number) and the last 4 digits of your NLB MasterCard or Visa payment card.
• Make sure the displayed number on your mobile phone is correct. You will receive the text with OTP password on the same number so you can activate the NLB Pay mobile wallet.
• Select a 4 digit password and your mobile wallet is activated. You can later access NLB Pay using the authentication via fingerprint or person identification, if available on your phone.
• Select the NLB Mastercard / Visa card that you most often use to pay as your primary card. If you want to add another card to the NLB Pay mobile wallet, select the "+" symbol.

STEP 3: USE
• In order to make a payment with NLB Pay mobile wallet, you only need to unlock your mobile phone and bring it to the POS terminal. If the primary card is used, payment is made without the application's announcement.

Important:
• NLB Pay is available for NLB Mastercard and Visa payment cards customers of NLB Bank
• Select NLB Pay as your default mobile wallet:
- in NLB Pay: Settings - Select the main application for payment or
- in the settings of your mobile phone
- If you can not log in to NLB Pay, check the "Mobile Network" setting on your mobile phone if "Proxy" is enabled. If it is turned on, deactivate it.

I can't use the app (not even after the newest update). I am getting an error message that states "На вашиот уред е овозможена proxy конфигурација", which is not true. I am getting this error message only when I switch to mobile data (A1 network operator). On the other hand, when I try using the app on a wifi network, it works just fine. But it doesn't make any sense, since I will be paying in stores in which I have to use my mobile data.

This app does not work on Android 12. (Edit: This app has been updated to now work on Android 12 however its unexcusable for a bank of such proportions to wait for over 2 months to update a critical software.)

I've been using this application for more than a year now and I was stunned when I saw the last update showing the new feature of adding VISA cards that worked great for few days, but since than (for weeks now) the application is not working at all, showing the following message: "System is temporarily not available.Please try again." Please fix this error with the following update that you will release.

Isn't supported on Xiaomi Mi Mix6 (which is a 2018 flagship model and Android 10 model) and a ton of other mobile brands. Which is totally ridiculous! Contacted developers and still nothing changed. Avoid this bank and app. Technological hibernation in full efect and ZERO customer care and will to upgrade and improve!!!!

Terrible! Supported only on a VERY limited phone models!!! After months of complaints my phone Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S is still not supported! But it's magically supported on the Montenegrin and Bosnian versions of the same app. Guess the Macedonian developers are totally unworthy of their pay and turn away this Bank's customers! Lazy lazy lazy staff!
