Update: It is functional yet again - good job on FINALLY fixing it (after more than a year). Old review: It was a fully functional and good app at first - now I can't even open it. Terrible, just terrible
This app does not work on Android 12. (Edit: This app has been updated to now work on Android 12 however its unexcusable for a bank of such proportions to wait for over 2 months to update a critical software.)
I've been using this application for more than a year now and I was stunned when I saw the last update showing the new feature of adding VISA cards that worked great for few days, but since than (for weeks now) the application is not working at all, showing the following message: "System is temporarily not available.Please try again." Please fix this error with the following update that you will release.
After importing the card, too much often cause problems loading the data, also on ATM machine you can't open transaction to get cash money: The card was readed incorrectly.
Does not work on Android 10. Edit: After trying to contact the NLB helpdesk, I got the following automatic reply message: "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly." Totally unprofessional like everything else in this country.
Update: Now it is working on Android 12. Thank you. After I've sent the mail you fixed it the other day. Changing to 5 star Ne raboti na android 12.
Isn't supported on Xiaomi Mi Mix6 (which is a 2018 flagship model and Android 10 model) and a ton of other mobile brands. Which is totally ridiculous! Contacted developers and still nothing changed. Avoid this bank and app. Technological hibernation in full efect and ZERO customer care and will to upgrade and improve!!!!

It doesn't work after updated to Android 11, One UI version 3.0 (Samsung Galaxy Note 10+). Before I have used it very frequently, worked OK.
Not good and slow, was using to pay but the card reader was so slow so that my transaction was unsuccessful . This took long time and the queue in the shop was long . Never using this app again
App is crashing on start, can't start it. Samsung S8+, android 9. Tried restarting phone, reinstalling the app, nothing works.
Terrible! Supported only on a VERY limited phone models!!! After months of complaints my phone Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S is still not supported! But it's magically supported on the Montenegrin and Bosnian versions of the same app. Guess the Macedonian developers are totally unworthy of their pay and turn away this Bank's customers! Lazy lazy lazy staff!

It's doesn't work,my phone number is not integrated.... Info center don't know how to help. First make working/tested application then make advertising. Now is working
After updating to Android 11 it stopped working. Apart of that great app i use it for all of my payments. Please fix it fast.
Keeps crashing on samsung galaxy s20 on android 12. Would be nice if the devs keep up and release OS appropriate versions faster.

On registration it doesn't give me option to view my number and confirm it and activation code it's not coming thru, my personal info in the bank its all there and correct

Does not work on Android 11 (Galaxy S10+ OneUI 3.0)
I can't use the app (not even after the newest update). I am getting an error message that states "На вашиот уред е овозможена proxy конфигурација", which is not true. I am getting this error message only when I switch to mobile data (A1 network operator). On the other hand, when I try using the app on a wifi network, it works just fine. But it doesn't make any sense, since I will be paying in stores in which I have to use my mobile data.
