I used the app last month to pay note fine. This month as of yesterday and today no resolve the app just spins constantly. How do you have this app that doesn't work or the update? Did you change it to another one and we don't know or what please advise this is not working.😲😳🤷

Unusable. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Upon initial opening states that an update is required and the version is no longer supported. There is no option to update as it is on the most current version. All I wanted to do was set up an autopay for my car but this seems like even then it wouldn't be trustworthy.

OMG! I have lost this app multiple times. When I try to log in, it tells me to register and then tells me I am registered to confirm SSN but no option for that. I tried re-installing, and it just sits in a pending state. It worked fine before; don't fix what isn't broken. Now I may have to go back to paper and snail mail.

This app is the worst it will not load all it does is spin takes forever to log in constantly have to exit out restart and try again usually takes 15 to 20 minutes just to get logged into the app and heaven forbid if you accidentally log out **update** SERIOUSLY! When are you going to fix this app???? I literally cannot log in ANYWHERE except when Im on wifi at work????

I've had issues with this app since day one (been using it for at least two years). And now it's saying that an update is required. Well... the only option was to uninstall, so I did that. I reinstalled thinking it would refresh the app, and it STILL says an update is required. An utter waste of your time, just pay your bill online or something. 👎🏽

It takes forever just to login. My username uses to be saved but now I have to enter it every single time. Bet annoying trying to login

Why is it so hard to make it to save password to login? Make it with fingerprint for example please. This is so annoying to type the password everytime you login. On top of it app takes about 5 min to login while have no problems through windows. Thank you.

0pened the app, a window pops up that says this version of the app is no longer supported and must be updated. I did the update and the same window keeps popping up saying it needs to be updated. Its an endless loop. I even Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Hey Nissan, your app doesn't work. I'm stuck with "Please Wait" with a spinning wheel that keeps going forever. I was wondering if you wanted me to make payments anymore? I mean, I'll accept the rest of my balance being waived if you're not willing to maintain an interface to pay you with. I even tried your desktop site. I could log in, but it erased my bank info! And when I re-entered the info, it erased it again! Thanks for the car!

I like being able to pay my bill quickly. I wish log in was easier like using a pin number or something. Having to always type in email and password can get tiresome. Otherwise it is a good app.

Terrible app. So glad I paid my car off so I don't have to use it anymore. It never worked and I had to call in many times to pay my bill so it wouldn't be late. Luckily they waved the fee since the app wasn't working.

Awful app. The login process is not user friendly. Remember my password and email. The option is there, but every time I go in I end up having to reset my password. Takes FOREVER.

What happened? It used to work great. Now supposedly with an update, you broke it. Can't make it better so let's make it worse? Not like there isn't enough problems, let's make another! It won't even open saying it needs to update, after it UPDATED!!! Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it!! FIX IT or just STOP.

Have used for 4 years without a problem.. Updated app on 6/14, now it does not work at all. After a new update, the app has been working well for 6 months without any other problems.

Terrible. I can't get in my app. To make a payment. I'm broke as hell an I tired of paying to make a payment. I tried to refresh the app. With the new update but it's been spinning for a hour. I feel like I being scammed, and extorted for more money. I'm broke as hell an having a hard enough time with the payment. Please do something to help me. Why does the app. Just keep spinning an will not update? I call to make a payment and before I can make a payment the call drops or hangs up.

This app used to work. One day it stopped working and now when you log in, it spins and spins and spins and nothing happens. It's extremely frustrating. 🤬

Literally never works. I've logged in maybe twice and I've had this app for almost a year now. You CANT login, it just loads forever, but if you enter bad information it will tell you right away. I would give this a Zero if I could.

You can even log in to this app at all!! What exactly is happening here...what is the point of an app that does not work. I am so frustrated with this. This is supposed to help customers with easy paying options. But this is anything but easy.Wish I could give this zero starts.

1 star because the devs break it every time they update it. Can you just please have a stable version with the bare minimums so I don't have to run to my browser to make a car payment? It's very irritating going months without being able to use the app.

It will not let me get on. It keeps saying that it needs to be updated. I had no problems with the old one. I was told to give it an hour, or unhook my wifi and use my phone that way...not cool!!

This app used to work amazingly, but now it says there needs to be an update and then I come to the play store and there isn't one. If it gets fixed the app is super useful but right now you can even get into the app.

I don't know what happened but since the last update, it's rendered this app useless. I can't even log in because it states it no longer supports this version and I need to update. 😑 IT IS UPDATED ALREADY!!! THERES NO CURRENT UPDATES AVAILABLE! WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?! 😒

I hate this app They are so cheap they wont add a finger print to it I cant stay signed in , no no no I have to put my user ID and password every time. 40 minutes later and a new password, Istill cant get in. Every time I edit my review i gve it less stars

USELESS! App stopped working completely. Can't even log into my account to make a payment. Uninstalling app. We expect a high quality, WORKING app from Nissan. This app is pitiful.

Will not open correctly, will show 'an error occurred could not process your transaction successfully' and brings up the start an account page. Please fix.

Cannot login to the app. When credentials are put in, it just says "please wait..." with a loading circle and never logs in. This has been this way for months, maybe even over a year, now even after updating the app today. The push to start app worked perfect and aesthetically pleasing unlike this plain login screen that doesn't let you get any further.

Functional but not pretty. You are able to log into accounts, set up auto payments and see how many days until your account is satisfied but you are unable to change the color of the vehicles on the account to anything other than "aspen white". The only way to differentiate two vehicles is to nickname them something different if they are the same year and model.

This app is not at all intuitive. My main goal was setting up automatic payments. Wasn't clear how to do that. Not easy to find in FAQs. Tried chat. Response repeatedly was that they didn't understand. Person on phone was helpful (sorry I was cranky by this point). Except I couldn't see everything she was telling me. I couldn't see the writing on the slide bar to accept payments. So also glitchy. Hopefully my automatic payments are all set up so I will never need this app again.
