This App is very good to use, but the challenge that I'm facing with is, there is no option for adding OTP manually especially when you receive OTP sms from another phone. I think you should add that option it will be fine. Thank you!!..

The app used to be great and reliable but recently its not reliable any more. When I try to log in it just say enter a valid mobile number, it's so frustrating when you fail to perform an important transaction at a time that you cannot access the ATM

App was cool.. But after update, keeps closing itself without any message..... I have cleared cache, data, re install... Nothing works.... This is very unprofessional for the big organisation like this.... How can you stay this long without fixing the app.... The world has changed, you have to go with the flow.... I have been using the app for more than a year now and everything was working great. But with the recent update alot of stuff has become very buggy. I haven't been able to do forex transfers for more than two weeks now. The favorites section isn't working etc. Please fix it!! It has become a massive pain

I have noticed two issues. 1. Has the E-statement button that never gives the E-statement at all. I wonder whether a client is still charged for the service though. 2. The app only serves a single account. Clients with multiple accounts need to visit the teller to receive services through other accounts. I think this makes the app useless in that regard. You guys need to fix this.

Very bad experience my actual balance is okay but available balance is negative and for that reason I can't access my money each time it is saying I need to update but where. Very frustrating. If you contact the CS it is taking them years. Very poor service. 😢

Very stupid app It needs only the sim card registered to the bank to be in the phone so you can get access ? Do you think we use only single sim card in the phone? CRDB has been better for you can access with any other sim card as long as you know the password .... It needs an updates these staffs are disgusting, im annoyed 🚮🚮🚮🚮

Very Annoying app, it just log you out, of the service and notify you to register the service at the ATM machine with no reason, I think you should work with that.

Useless application. I have been using this application for almost a year without any problem. But suddenly after updating everything stop working it can not even open it.Its just popping up and close itself. I dont recommend anyone for this application. Myself i have un install it.

So, I was trying to login to the application by entering my phone number and bank account PIN. I followed the above steps but after loading, it didn't continue meaning it stayed at the login area. From the previous reviews from your customers, you said to switch the line we registered with if we be using the dual sim phone. Did that but still didn't work. May you please fix the problem

Guys, I think you need to allow connectivity through wifi and not necessarily the original sim card in sim 1 tray. Your colleagues at CRDB are already doing it. It is no harm for you to copy from them in that space. It should not be a big deal if I have login details - meaning either sim 1 or 2 should allow me to login. You need to speed up guys.

Enter pin and nothing happens. Even tried re-installing and didn't help. Unusable. Update Jan 2022: The login issue has finally been fixed after 2 months. Very happy with the app now.

This application is good but it have some error Wich can cause users to be unsutisfied When user try to login it tell him to use original sim card and when try to use original one problem is still exist so I advice developers to solve this by make all network (sim card) have ability to login. And not only one sim card network.
