NMB Mobile Banking

App is good but not optimized for slow internet. Never logs in when connected from mobile data. In country like Nepal, if app doesn't perform well with slow internet than there is no use of it. Hope this issue is fixed and looked into.

After update the app UI is good but it's taking more time to sync the data like balance, recent activities and statements and some time data doesn't sync. Please look on this.

It shows my balance is n/a even though i have balance. When I tried to load money to my esewa account it says "You don't have sufficient balance" this statement really scared me because I had all saving of my lifetime in that account, I thought I have been hacked or someone stolen my money. This app is really injurious to health.Please solve this problem fast.

Please fix your bugs!! The application doesn't work properly!! It takes too long to login.. It shows N/A on amount though I have bank balance in my account!! I couldn't load money on esewa as well!! 😠😠

There's problem of committing dual transaction. At first time it shows as transaction failed, and if we try second time, then it basically deducts the amount two times, and also there's same problem on card. This is bizarre for any list A bank.

This version is cool than new version In enmb it's has more features and there is some error while doing transaction and sometimes it won't open also But this version don't have any of these problem.. Thank you for again putting this app in play store

Bank have tried to incorporate all the required features but the app is not trustworthy. Dont show the balance and cant perform basic process also. So, work on that.

What's the problem with this apps Trying to log in and always says system problems and trying to check balance and says server buzy can you fix it?? Fast and whats the matter with allowing media and contact is that nessery to make it allow its our personal privacy..

I liked this version. The other version, eNMB is complete useless and so time consuming. With all the codes needed and all. Please fix this app.

worst app experience ever! why can I load into esewa but not withdraw ! (update) yes I have downloaded the app, there is only option to load into esewa. but there is no option to withdraw money from esewa. that's what I meant.

i couldnt access it from abroad. if i need to load my e-wallet is asking to send me the sms from local sim which is not possible and there is no option for balance transfer to external bank when i came abroad whereas it was available when i was at nepal

Why cannot you show the fund transfer charge before completing the transaction? Suggestion to all people looking for the reviews: Start using connectIPS, it is a way cheaper for fund transfer and obviously shows the charge amount before confirming any transaction.

I saved the mobile banking pin on my notes. I remember the pin, put the correct pin, yet the app says ' wrong pin or username '. It's the second time this happened.

Doesnt work with andriod 10 even after the update and reinstall. Cannot access the fingerprint login option. Wrost app i had ever used.

I love this bank app..but the worst part is its inconvenience with esewa app..one can load fund in esewa ac but can't withdraw or deposit back the loaded money in nmb ac.. that is disgusting..hope it will be sorted soon.. otherwise it's a nice app..please look after this issue!!!

I'm sorry to say, this app forcing me to close the account or buy new device 5.0 up as my device 4.4.2 cannot download. The old app was good & working fast & smooth. Wondering, why must have to change...?

They might have intentionally played with the coding and thus error 502. They want us to download their next app hence all this . That version is incomplete

I have tried more than thousand times to login but this app isn't working anymore and sometimes it disappears from playstore too. So currently iam using enmb app which is totally wicked app too.

Dear F1soft please upgrade your QA engineers and programmers. I tried almost 30 minutes but cant do anything. Internet is fine. I used app to save time not to waste time.

Dear NMB This app tells to me that my account is already activated with Mobile Banking but I am not able to login because password is not set by me , neither there is option to reaactivate account. Any Idea , Please tell me quickly, I am suffering from COVID..

Since 3 days this app is not supporting when I used to open.. My password and contact number aslo correct but it's taking too much time and it's not opening so I'm little disappointed.

The app is not working. Test your products properly before making it available for the customers. Not being able to load esewa or even topup balance.

Worst app after the update. Nothing works. Neither balance loads, Nor khalti, or any other online transactions work. if possible, I would give -1 star.

After reinstallation of App it worked. It crashes everytime while assigning new fingerprint in the same device.

I am regular user of NMB Bank app. Your app is very slow. Also, please add Load Khalti Digital Wallet in your app in offline mode too. Also please increase limit as other bank mobile app allow more limit.

After the last update the app is very buggy. Doesnt load balance even with decent internet connection.

I am unable to hAve online transaction and scan to pay. Is that error at my end or everyone facing it. I just uninstalled and install. It didn't work
