NMCU Mobile App

The app used to work great but ever since the last update it has been unusable. It gives me a security error and closes the app. It has been over 2 weeks now and still no fix for it.

Constantly forgets that I am registered to use fingerprint login, I have to redefine this at least once a month. 6 months later... App still turns off fingerprint login every month or so, and does not remember password. Annoying.

Asks what sub account for the e deposit. By number, does not tell you if checking, savings or what. I had to log on to desktop website to figure that out. Very inconvenient

Works great. Only frustrated when system is being updated or maintenance being done. Can't look at anything of course but it has to be done. I would like to see the running balance looking at older transactions. Hard to updated or check my records for accuracy without those numbers.

It works. It's a basic, no settings app. There are no notifications for withdrawals or deposits. You can use biometrics to login, which is nice. Otherwise, nothing much to the app. Be aware that between 12am and usually 3am Central time they update accounts or something so your balance(s) are not available.

Works pretty well. Much better than the last app I used to deposit checks and check my balances. I really like the fingerprint login. Only issues I've had is sometimes it struggles to detect endorsements on checks. Very good overall.

Does what I need it to do. I needed to deposit a check during COVID-19 ... I wasn't sure if we had that functionality but I was pleased to find out that we do. It was simple to do with step-by-step instructions and it worked great.

I can view my info easily enough, but for me, often enough to be a bit frustrating, the info is unavailable when I'm trying to access it (usually overnight).

i am having issues with the app. I have reloaded, i have changed passwords, and it still does not work properly!!!!

Depositing checks so easy. I pick up groceries for my elderly Auntie and this makes it so easy during the virus when she pays me. Thank you!!!

Can't believe this app is so highly functional, user friendly, and dummy proof. It is an excellent addition to my credit union offerings.

App bombs when trying to open it. Uninstalled and will go through web. App didn't offer anything more than browser version anyway.
