With just one click in NN Direct app, I can see all my NN products, I can make payments, announce an claim event or update my personal info without any additional steps. Great UI&UE, the all it's easy to use and intuitive. Congratulations NN.
Horrible experience. It is just a web page. You do not have any reason to connect often because it is just a pension portfolio app. But they block the account for inactivity after like 2 weeks :) . Wake up you are not facebook !!!
The app does what it's supposed to do. Simple, intuitive, you can now pay all of your services in the app. Only downside is that every time I open the app I'm grated with 2 option - create account and log in. I'd appreciate if it remembered my login info.
Bad user experience. Opening the app you get on a screen telling you should update to the latest version. A link in that page sends you to Google play with just two actions: "open" and "uninstall". Clicking on open will get you to the same page telling you to update to the latest version. Assuming uninstall is the only choice but you will need to make the authentication process from the beginning
Nice app but is somehow outdated. In app I see the contributions and the sold until Dec 2021, but last contribution was in Feb 2022 as stated in the monthly e-mail. Can you do something regarding this?
A popup for updating the app keep appearing. I click on it, I am sent to store where I have 2 options : Uninstall or Open, no update option. I made an uninstall followed by a fresh install and the popup still appear. I cannot use the app because I cannot go by that screen
The app keeps loading forever.. I managed to acces my accout, but i cannot acces the information.. i am using wifi (5G) Do you guys tested this app, before releasing it? Make those backend calls more light..
Would be nice to have a total amount contributed so we can more easily see the difference between what we contributed VS total balance and thus calculate the value that NN added
Piece of garbage. Obviously I am not reporting something new, as there are quite a few users reporting this. Yet when "certain users" have issues only with this app and its integration with Google play it is obvious that Devs are doing a bad job. I don't want to clear cache and follow 100 steps for having this sorted when this app should work the first time. Really not a complex app so kinda fail to see why you can't get this sorted.
Edit: check your email - I already sent a video with the bug. The app wants me to update and sends me to its play store page, but on the play store page it already says I'm at the latest version, so if I Open the app, it sends me back to update
The app keeps crashing when I try to view the health insurance tab. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but it keeps crashing, making it unusable.
Same issue with the pop up message about updating the app, when the app is already updated.

It is the 3rd time I cant use the app because Ineed to update and I cant update the app, just uninstall it
I'm trying to scan my ID and the app gives me an error saying that I exceeded the inactivity limit. It always gets stuck in this error popup.
When I press update it takes me to Google store where is only the uninstall and open. I press open and it takes me back to the app screen where again is asking for update. I cannot use this app due to this error. Please fix it.
S20, open app today : you have to update the app, otherwise it will not work. Update. store : no update available. So I can't pay cause I can't open the app. Is blocked. Nn you have a blocker! And no,I will not uninstall half of my phone for your app, I will uninstall your app. You should trigger clear cache when you update and test the update before releasing it.
After installing the app, when trying to activate the account, the process systematically stops when scanning the ID card - stops imediately and tells you to restart the activation steps. Dissapointing....
I can't update the app, just uninstalled it and can't instal it back, now I can't access my account from this app anymore. Guess you didn't do a good job on updating it... congrats!
When i want to login, It requesting update od app. If i choose update, it goes to magazin play but i can select uninstall or open. If i chose open , i goes again to update app. It is in the loop and i cannot open app.
Not working after update. It says i need the latest version installed and takes me here but i have the latest version. Won't let me do anything, i can't se anything and i am supposed to pay. Can someone fix this please? It is embarrasing

Keeps asking for latest version of the app, although I have the latest version. Uninstalled, reinstalled the app does not resolve the problem. Samsung Galaxy Fold 3.

After several updates it seems that the app doesn't keep the values of the accounts up to date. The accounts update, now, is dobe once per week instead of once a day in the past! For example in the moment i'm writing this post the values are not updated from 24th of March(one week). Update: The workaround proposed doesn't work! Thank you.
