If you want me to pay my bill, fix this app NOW! I can't even open the app.. now! App is not working!!! It won't let me sign in! 😡 When are you going to fix the problems!!! 😡😡😡😡 The only way I can sign in is to hit forgot password every time. A very poor design for a app.

App doesnt work any longer. Emailed app developer, email rejected because I'm not on their approved email recipient list. Guess its a dead app now.

Useage and outage alerts and high/low temperatures on the useage graph would be great additions.
app doesn't work always a communication error with the server on top of also now their website is completely changed only having the option to make a payment can't even view my bill online anymore. I wish they would just make it easier to pay your bill
