I like the app and used to buy stuff every month or twice, now suddenly the app replies that we dont deliver to your area ( Jaipur 302020). Not sure if the partner changed from delhivery or its a app issue. But sad i may uninstall it in few days if it couldn't let me order. But overall was good experience products are true to suze and original. Thanks

Don't waste your hard earned money on this application. They "loot" customers. I purchased a shoe on this app and they sent it without tag attached to it. When I initiated return, the return pickup guy refused to take the purchased item. When spoke to customer care (illiterate bunch of fools) they always ask item image (which was sent to their email address in the first call itself and verified by me whether they received or not). It's been a month now, I made that purchase.

Do not even bother using this App. This has nightmarish logistics and delivery of products is at your own peril. Update: over my previous comment I am surprised at the funny replies sent by you over multiple emails and then you are worried because of a negativ comment on your App and initiate a unilateral refund - citing that I have sought it. Woooow! Super brilliant and utmost ethical. I delete your App and recommend everyone not to download your App and carry Business at their own peril.

Worst! wrong product was delivered to me and since then I have sent umpteen times various mails. Replies are sent generally after 24hours and that too without addressing real issue. Till this hour nobody came to collect incorrect product and nobody is talking about the refund of payment made by me.

Authentic site. Only place I could find original Sephora!! Good a higher selectio of USPolo than what I could see on some portals. Realized it's from Arvind Fashion so that explains it. Will keep ordering.

Very poor, the website or app does not allow you to redeem your reward points earned. Problems in placing orders. Discretion advised. Customer service is worst.

The products in the website looks like used... The prices are very high but products doesn't seem new and unused ... Not sure what they are selling.... Please don't use this websute for your clothing needs

Worst experience i have since i have been purchasing things online. They cheat .......they do not pickup the return even after calling them many times. They told me to return self when i retuned the items..... They told to share courier reciept and after sharing the reciept they mailed me that it is not dully signed. They think that the customer is a theif ..... a liar....... They are cheaters deactivate my account without any reason.

No return pickup. Did a self return by group ing all item to one address. The processing is taking for ever. Never buy from this again

Unable to checkout. After adding the product in the cart, when i try to checkout,it always shows error, try again.

I've selected regular fit in the filter and selected 2 formal shirts but received slim fit shirts instead.

Pick-up facility not available on return. And NNNOW won't refund money if you self ship. In simple words, FRAUD

I ordered a shirt on 1st May '22,it reached the destination on 7th May, but I still didn't get the shirt. Every time they say cod amount not ready but didn't deliver my product. Worthless app.

As soon as a offer is applied. The product gets out of stock and when the offer is removed the product comes back in stock...NONSENSE...

Have been trying to add products to cart since last 3 days, unable to do so! Even after constant mails n calls nothing hav been done so far.. the support team says they hav escalated the issue or the issue is resolved or they ll get back in 10-15 minutes... But still the same!!!

Worst experience ever! I have had so much problems for just a simple return. Pathetic courier service, had to call the customer care services constantly for a week and all they say is it will be done in 48 hours. Still the issue hasn't been resolved. I have shopped from small startups but have never had so much of issue.

A very inefficient and unprofessional service I got from this app. Not all the products I ordered were delivered. One order was cancelled from their end due to 'high demand'. One order did not reach me because there were some 'courier issues'. One order was simply not delivered to me by the courier partner they used. So, overall a very pathetic experience with the app. So uninstalled it.

I like this app, It's provide branded quality product or also provide best services.

worst! I have been trying to return two of the tops that I bought from NNNOW, however, every time O choose 'return pick up', it says the addresses are not eligible. I have called the Customer care twice. They say it is a glitch. And they will fix it. But, that does not seem to be the case.

Had an absolutely terrible experience. This was my first time shopping on the app and i'm never coming back. The logistics, customer service, products... everything is a mess, especially compared to other shopping apps. I had placed an order on 22nd December...i received a damaged product and called customer service for an exchange. I was told it would be delivered in around 3 days. 20 days later...i still haven't received the product.. customer service is pathetic and keep lying blatantly

If there is a list for worst shopping website. It will be the first in the list... It's was nearly 2 weeks.. That i return my order.. I didn't receive my refund amount.. Every day i was talking to customer care services they saying that amount will be credited in 24 hours... I heard that 8 times... Worst.. Worst.. Worst... I'm uninstalling the application 😡

Fraudulent and Untrusted company. They send completely wrong products after charging then don't process the return pickups inspite of continuous follow-ups. Only return mails of false assurances. Personal experience is that they have not picked up their wrongly delivered product for more than one month. Do NOT TRUST this website. No refund whatsoever.
