The city doesn't actually pay attention to anything submitted through this app - they just close items out without taking action, even when the items reported are clearly illegal.

I really like it, it is exactly the beneficial use the internet and smartphones should be giving us. I submitted a request to have my trashcan emptied (got missed somehow) and I am happy with the response. I like being able to see other people's requests so I know not to duplicate it. It can be a bit glitchy and some of my requests are still "Open" but it definitely is a good app.
