So far it is really very good. I am still learning how to navigate through my phone but this app allows me to save my searches and save properties I want to go back to later. Nothing beats the street to you. You must have a virtual tour of a few blocks around your potential new home. Then when you narrow yourself you can see if maps have been updated. Filters sometimes knock out potential qualified properties. We can get the rental agreement legally at our home. No need to rush for it and stand in queues in offices. Highly professional lawyer is appointed by the app and you get your agreement within a few days. I have never had such a pleasant experience with any other property dealing app.
I have had this app for probably a year. It is easy to work, efficient and develops to do what it has and is smooth and elegantly working. I have been using the app for several services. It is great for locating homes for sale. The filters are excellent at making the home search process simple. It is really very friendly. I find the nobroker app to be very useful for the common man to save them from paying heavy brokerage.. Accurate information and very easy to use app . I like the mortgage calculator feature. It is very helpful. I like the listing due to all the facts. Even if the pictures I would like to see more to check out the potential.. The app has a great interface and it makes searching and changing subscriber areas very easy.

I loved the fact that it shows you whether the house has front rooms under the picture to train stations or the mall in a nearby area and I found this to be extremely helpful. I like that we can save properties as well as record what stage we are with each. The packers and movers service of the app is awesome which everyone should try for shifting luggage.
Worst experience. Once you take their premium plans. You'll start seeing all technical issues. And to resolve it once, you have to wait for a day or two. Most of the properties are already rented out and it's still live on no broker because they want to waste your money. 10-3 are always rented out. And you waste your money on property listings that are not even available. Stop responding if the property was listed a month ago because it's rented out. Cheap tricks to make money. Hate this app.

The nobroker is a great app for real estate investors. It has excellent worksheets.Also there are no irritating pop up ads and it is free. The app has a great calculator for analysing rental properties. I am pretty sure I want to use it to its full potential and I am still pretty happy with it.
