I was so excited to try it, but the app keeps crashing. I haven't been able to even get my son's information loaded. Update: Support was quick to help get my account fixed! I feel that goals have fairly general tips rather than specific steps to achieve success, but maybe after using the app longer it will be more tailored towards our needs. The app design is very nice, and I like having the step by step bedtime routines so I can easily share it with a babysitter
Lovely app when it works. However, sometimes it doesn't let you edit feeding times or amounts which can be frustrating. Also, some of the advice it gives doesn't match the situation. It keeps trying to set the goal of feeding less at night, but my baby sleeps through most nights now.
Update: customer service contacted me & turned this around. Lifetime subscriber now Thx! I emailed customer service 2x about this w/ no response. I heard great things about this app & paid for premium...payment went through but premium features won't unlock. It tells me that I need to subscribe. So I go to "purchase" again & it says that I've already purchased it, & then I get a pop up that says the purchase can't go through (which it did) & to try later. Their website appears discontinued too.
Feb 2022: App has locked me out, reset password doesn't work, have emailed support 3x in a week (states they reply within 24hr) but had no reply.... very disappointing Oct 2019: It keeps adding 100s of hours of feeding when I try stop or pause. I cannot make it stop or delete the activity. It's literally ticking over 100s and 100s of hours right now. Have tried crashing out and everything
Was a great app until I tried to subscribe... it kept given me an error saying it couldn't process my payment and to try later or contact support.. my payment went through. I have it on my credit card.. my Google play shows it in my subscription list. And when I try to use the premium features its saying I need to subscribe. I try to subscribe again and it tells me I'm already subscribed but still can't access premium services. I contacted support TWICE and never received a response. Terrible!
I downloaded this app with all the hope in the world of getting BOTH my 24mo old and my 9mo old to sleep through the night. Right off the bat i couldnt use it. Never made it past the screen where it asks you what information your looking for. The whole app crashes EVERYTIME i put my selection in and click next. Frustrating!
Great app if it worked all the time. The timers on the feeding or sleeping tracker frequently freeze and require me to uninstall/reinstall the app to continue using it. But I still do it a.d still use it every day!
Tried to sign up for premium and it said error. Emailed support and got a response immediately stating I have no account. A month later I'm getting charged. Support hasn't answered me. Google states I have no account and cannot help. Would like my money back.
**Edit** Contacted customer service about the issues, they were able to manually enter in all the data, so I can now use the app. If you're having issues, contact them, they have really good customer service, friendly and get back to you quickly. Keeps crashing after entering child info. Won't let me get farther then that, so I can't say for sure if the app actually works or not.
