Note: Due to the limitations set by most Android phone manufacturers, the built in microphone will not detect sounds higher than 80 Decibels (90 Decibels on certain models).
Disclaimer: This tool is not valid as a replacement to a real sound meter device and therefore, should not be used in critical situations. The mobile's microphone is not an industrially accurate sound measurement device and might produce incorrect and incompatible values with different environments and situations.

First, the developer has not updated the app since 2018. That speaks volumes as to what to expect from the app. If you have Android 10 or 11, don't bother downloading this: It won't work at all on the newer versions of Android OS.
Very helpful! This does exactly what it's supposed to do. Thank you! I work from home and start talking really loud with my headset on, then I wake up my neighbors. It would be helpful if it worked when the screen is locked or timed out. I'm on android 10.
I like how this app measures the db levels in real-time with a simple numeric value rather than a graph. It is exactly what I was looking for. Well done and keep up the good work!
This is not a noise cancelling app, it makes noise when a threshold is reached. If YOU need to be quiet is great. But not if you WANT it quiet.
The operating options of this app on the screen are all covered by Google ads. Couldn't use this app due to google ads.. hence de-installed!
Helps the kids to lower the volume in the evening. It would be awesome if you could schedule different noice levels for different times and days.
I would like to continue using this app but how can it be that they still didn't make it possible to use it are to have the screen on? It makes the app unusable for more than a few minutes.
The in app adds cover the control options. It only vibrates and you cannot change it.
It seems a dummy app, with intentions just to collect voice data and mobile data for advt ? Infact this app makes more sounds From shouting instructions to keep quite, nothing else

App not starting, black screen only, on Lollipop 5.1.1.... Requests also internet connection which I've blocked..In my opinion it is not needed..only mic..
The app doesnt even open. Says its made for older android system. Had high hopes.

It works well in multi window mode, but not when in background.

Can I download when I download the app didn't even let me get on the app like what kind of game what kind of thing is this like when I first got on it I was like trying to get on it but it didn't let me so I'm not going to get this like going to do this game again I'mma give it a one star
Didn't work with screen off, and I couldn't see a way to set it to send a text alert. Fix those, and please add sending of email alert, and consider adding bandpass filters so it can be sensitive to more specific noises like too loud bass.
