The most disappointing problem is the app does not connect easily. Disconnects everytime. Even after raising concern, there is no response from the Noise team. The step count is not correct. Watch faces are so boring. Only one digital watch face. In other analog the time is not easily visible until and unless you see properly. I am not happy with the watch.

The app is very bad. Added 2 stars as the device itself is not bad at the price point. The app does not retain logged in user information. Need to force stop at times. Not sure how and when it syncs with Google Fit. I can see some data being synced with Google Fit. But it also overwrote (reset) my heart points for the day to ZERO! Sleep data is not synced with Google Fit. Some Heart rate data is seen. The app needs a lot of work.

The worst band and app ever I had. It frequently get disconnects and never reconnect automatically. Each time I had to setup my User preferences. The calculation is not accurate at all. It just displays random numbers. The GPS track will not be visible in the app though app asks and uses GPS access. A lot more improvements still needs to be considered and to be done. After sales service worst. Personally I had sent them bunch of emails and called their customer care as well, But no response

You really need to keep updating the app and the watch as well. If you look the app is having 2.9 rating which is really less. Also, the watch doesn't connect to mobile once disconnected. You have to unbind the watch and start over again. Sucks. Not sure whether it's app software or watch software that needs to be updated. Could you please help and fix it. It's been many days and the watch didn't even receive a single update yet.

I been using the product since two days & I have encountered two problems listed below. 1. Every night the device gets automatically disconnected with the application and when tried to bind again, it doesn't work. I uninstall the Noise Fit Sport application and install it again, still the issue persists. I do this procedure 5-6 times and that is when the device gets connected with the application. 2. Noise Fit sport application does not work properly. Call notifications tab in app doesnt work.

The app keeps on crashing I don't know why. Earlier it had bugs and was very unstable but it pretty much did it's work. I was getting notifications but I was getting notified 4 times for a single whtsapp message. Now imagine this happening to you the whole day. Who won't get irritated? Without these bugs I would have have given at least 3 star ratings. But for now, 1 is also more I think.

The app keeps disconnecting automatically. There is no call muting option, we can only reject the calls. Find my phone doesn't work when the phone is on mute mode. Other than the above I personally need some more faces for the watch and more customisation options. Otherwise the watch looks good and touch response is also good.

I really liked the watch when I unboxed it. But I don't know what is the problem. It never stays connected to the phone. And I have to sign out and then sign in everytime to connect the device to my phone which again takes like half an hour. Please fix this problem by either updating the watch's firmware or the app. Whatever it takes. So disappointed.

when not wearing band it gets disconnected after sometime and can connect it unless i restart both mobile and band. only we can reject call but can't pick up should have both option in it. also there should me more faces to set. also display app should have an option to set band display every time on or not or time just like phone display. there are so many reviews regarding these issues but noise company doesn't bother to look into it wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The app is really bad ,it needs work as it is not syncing my data from watch to the mobile app. Kindly do something otherwise even the watch is a waste. No sense of creating good looking watches if we cannot track our workout data. Also now there r 2 apps, which one has to be kept which one removed?? This has become a nuisance to have bought this watch!

Need to improve the app . In music option there is no option to add music player I usually play from wynk music but I can't change the track using my colour fit pro 2 because it is not available . And do provide some new watch faces and do update the watch Ui it's very laggy and sometimes doesn't respond and the fitness things are not accurate . Do fix all these and do give a update

Where's all the sport modes disappeared to? The only modes available is yoga, hiking and other. Where's running, walking, cycling, rowing, etc gone to?? And why is there so many noise apps? My data didn't save on the noise fit app, I saw that it's mentioned that you need the noisefit sport.... But now I can't track the exercises that I do. I don't do yoga, hiking or other.. so how do i go about to fix it? Or even add it. It gives a section to say add 11 other modes, but it doesn't allow you!?

Colorfit pro 2, nice look, and decent features 3k range. But the app is very low quality, need lot of improvement. Sports mode have to be synched correctly with the daliy graph. When i was in sports mode , the heart rate seems to be accurate. But at same time different value shown in heart rate graph. Like that many many bugs in the app. Please update these errors, and stay truthful to the watch. And understand, lot of customers buying this product as a fitness gadget.Be truthful to them.

Firstly I was so obsessed to see the watch on my wrist just like it seems to be my first and last bestest gift forever. But I agree the watch worth to it, but the app is so annoying that it closes up suddenly and I got completely frustrated all the time with this. The first thing you have to resolve in your update is this sudden closing of the app. Secondly plzz attach some new watch faces too with the watch. And most importantly the accuracy, the app isn't accurate sometimes. Plz work on it.

So I took this watch with lot of expectations. But sad to say have been disappointed. The watch disconnects frequently from Bluetooth need to then switch off the phone unbind the device and bind again And not to forget change the call settings in the app as well. Disappointed to the core. I would not recommend this unless they fix the issue .

It doesn't have a widget, It doesn't show steps in notification bar. Faces are idiotic. Need more digital faces with steps. Music control should stay on top when music is being played or its open. Or it should come with one click. Too much work to be done.

The app closes suddenly all the time. There are so many glitches. Since new noisefit app does not have all the features (like female health tracker, being able to sync to other third party apps like google fit, etc) this app has, I have to use this app. But this app does not respond properly. I kindly request you to look into this matter as soon as possible. I've recently brought and connected this app with my colorfit 2 fitness band.

Sync problem with Noisefit Active watch. Only the steps sync but other features do not sync like sleep or heart rate. The refreshing does not cross 5% on the phone screen. The phone calls have a clear indication on the watch with name of the caller if in phonebook and no.if it is not stored. The UI is not so impressive as no options for changing watchfaces.

Look and feel of the app is outdated. And also there are a lot of issues with the connectivity. Moreover you really need to update the app and firmware of the watch. Colours and patterns used to display the analytics are not attractive. Look and feel of the app seems like in this 2020 era. You really need to update yourself to compete in this crucial market.

Not compatible with OS 10. Since then my One Plus 6T got an Android 10 update and the problems started. This app works fine with Android 9 but the moment I install it on my phone or any Android 10 phone, the sync happens once and the moment phone is restarted the syncing stops. I raised my concerns on Twitter and on Email to the support team and all they can respond to is send us the product. I've told them a million times, it's not a product issue, it's software, they don't listen. Fix this,plz

Very disappointed with connectivity issue between app and device. It's getting automatically disconnect when the bluetooth is within range also. I cant able to control music player through the device it's getting work. I think many of the users facing same issue. Kindly clear all the bugs and release the update ASAP.

I installed the app, after that app try to pair with device. Mac-address is also showing on app, but after that nothing happen after selecting our device. Just coming that page over n over. Very irritating to connect. If it's not able to connect then what is meaning of purchasing this product. I hope you provide some suitable solution. Your customer care number is also not working . it's just diverted and cut the call. 😠😠

NoiseFit Pro 2. The watch feels nice and premium. Touch response and display is nice. Good battery back up Step counter, heart rate monitor works fine. Need more watch faces. Why have multiple applications when all can be included in a single app and various devices synced .

I'm unable to turn on the call notification. The application is not that good I prefer a more clean look like the Noise Fit app... We should have more watch face's the onces given are not that good . Colourfit Pro has better features then the one which im using colour fit pro 2. If u upgrade device we should have more features and not a down grade in features...

So i bought this colorfit 2 with a lot of expectations but i was really disappointed with it. main reason being the watch brightness, the wrist sense feature works slowly as i cant check time while riding my bike as it takes about 1to 2second . Second, the watchfaces available are not that convenient. and why the call alert is delayed by 3seconds? this is also not convenient. if these issues are taken up by the developer it would be a good smartband

My device constantly gets disconnected, and doesn't connect after that. I need to uninstall and install the app to connect the device again. This is really a very irritating job and takes a lot of time. I can't understand instead of so many reviews on this particular issue, why you guys don't update the app by resolving this particular issue? This is really intolerable.

Worst app. The app doesn't connect back to the device after disconnection. It connects for one time and then won't connect back. It only refreshes. Then I have to unbind and bind the device back, thereby loosing all the device and feeding all the settings back. So disturbing now.
