The Nok Air app works perfectly on my phone now I'm really happy with it had no trouble using it flying in between Krabi and Bangkok airport. The first time I open the app it took quite a long time before anything really happened but after that everything worked fine. be patient the first time that you use it and everything should work for you I'm running Android 9
what the heck happened to this app?! everytime i open it all it does is just stuck in loading screen / processing screen??? it takes about a minute or two to finish loading and sometimes more longer than that. It used to be good but now it's terrible AF!
Unable to add new bookings, can't log into account. When trying to add a booking made to the app the phone pad only appears, which cannot add anything except numbers when booking reference includes letters and numbers. Useless app. Samsung S8+ mobile
I turned off notifications in the app (including promotion notifications) but I still get notifications about promotions that i don't want to see. Don't lie to your customers Nok Air..... if someone turns off notifications it's because they don't want to be disturbed.... please respect our choices.
The app is really slow and it almost took my 15 min just to disply the flight time and after selecting the timing it took another 18 min to open the passenger details page and at last when i reach the payment mode the system says timeout and there was no issue of internet as i had an 100 mbps net speed. Please fix this issue
Works well, but pops up ads for flights when youre trying to show your boarding pass to security. Not an ideal feature.
Ask for permissions to get into my calls, files and photos, not relevant to the use of this apps. Could not complete seat selection or check in. Finally gave up and uninstall it.
Really unprofessional air company. Their help support is just ignoring all messages and questions for more than 10 days now and I am unable to get in touch with them by telephone. If you think of flying with then think twice because any issue you have they will just ignore you.
Why do you need access to my media, pictures, camera, microphone?? Wouldn't work unless you give lots of permissions. Very invasive and very annoying
what a joke of an app. it's the only way to check in through mobile, and then throws an error when you try to enter your information. so the one thing it is needed for doesn't work.
Confusing Seat Assignments difficult and confusing when booking for two people. It works fine for one person but more than one, best not to use this ap. Call Noke Air instead.
I like the app, however I keep having to uninstalk it and reinstall to be able to use it. That is extremely frustrating.

Can not open the app. Have to re-install but this problem still happens again and again. Pls fix this.
You download airline apps for the purposes of checking in remotely... Well this one doesn't work for doing that.
Worst Airline ever. It is complete chaos at the counter. Employees just dont care. Budget prices. I try to always avoid
Can't book 2 flights together with one shared checked bag have to book seperatly or book and pay for each traveler having checked bag. Bit disappointed

Using white fonts on yellow background is not what one would call "user friendly"! I suggest that you replace these white fonts with dark fonts. For example, dark blue on the yellow background would be very aesthetic! I am confident that quite a few potential customers prefer to book by another company for exactly the reason of the almost invisible fonts! Changing the color of the fonts costs definitely less than losing customers.
