Buggy app. Requires alot of UI improvements. Also would be good if have WIDGETS to accommodate easy unlocking with security features rather opening up the app is so slow and frustrating. Linking with respective locks also sometimes requires multiple attempts to succeed. Hopefully the developers can do something about this.
I don't understand all the negative comments about this lock. Works perfectly. Rarely disconnects and is perfectly safe. Reads only my fingerprint. Gift from Christmas and it's convenient. Makes my day so much better. Six stars if I could give that. Will update if anything changes. P.s. must charge once a week.
The app should ideally need access only to Bluetooth and internet But it is appears more to be a spy ware it mandates access to photos camera contacts location storage and ability to make calls Why would an app used to connect via Bluetooth need to make call or send SMS behind scene The usage history just shows unlocked by Bluetooth even if you open by finger print It doesn't ask to name each finger print while saving so you don't actually know who unlocked it because fingerprint are not n amed The audio message in phone is in Chinese Unable to register using phone number we have to register via email
In the instructions part instead of giving ,how to connect, connection troubleshooting they gave features of lock. I'm having problem connecting with Bluetooth and there is nothing anywhere. Wasted 3hrs trying connecting. Irritating.
Added an annoying voice that says something in a different language every time I TRY to use the app to unlock my lock. Most features lack instructions or don't work.
BTW this app does not work with Gmail. I guessed this as I was not receiving the activation code. Then I remembered its Chinese technology and Google is blocked in China. Had no problem registering with my Hotmail account Can someone be given temporary access to opening the lock?
app required excessive permissions: location, calls, data, files, camera, Bluetooth... i really just want to be able to set the code on a padlock... does it take all that?
This is the most lousy apps i ever use, lousy brand. Connect 200 time only 1 successful, take more than 15min every time to connect the lock to the apps. Even use iphone app also the same, change few android phone also the same, i will not give even 1 star if possible
After a few days used, suddenly can not login and nobody can open the lock using this app. Looks like this app rely on server and when server down, the app become useless.
Voice on app seems to be in chinese. I'm Australian and need English. Difficult to work out app and lock with no instructions. Feel like I've wasted my money on locks. Grrr
Why a padock needs unlimited access to files on my phone to function? Why a padlock needs to take pictures and videos, except for the Qr code reader? This is feeling like an app designed to steal information from you. Be aware. Also I never understood why a Chinese company making millions off Americans can't have the courtesy of designing an app in proper English. It is so rude.
how come a padlock request to take picture, location, contact no. , download and upload, and so on, these is a security breach, very disapointed, I shouldn't buy the smartlock.
Upon installation it tells me the lock is bound it's requesting access but I have no idea from who. Can't be open can't use the app it's basically useless
Lock was linked with wechat account but i am unable to log in with wechat to add more fingerprint so now, i am the only person able to use the lock.
Fingerprint doesn't work at the gym after you've taken a shower and your hands are wet.
Actually i installed the app and i buyed the product but ican connect to the product since i update my phone to android 9.0 please solve this. Issue
It demands access to camera, location, storage and phone or it won't let you use it, the makers of this lock seem like shady criminals

Terrible if you forget your password. I have been trying to sign in , forgot my password, and the app give you one minute for the email to go through and they dont send it some of the times. by the time the mail is sent and then switched back to this app the time expires. try to reset altogether and you need permission from the locks owner (locked out of app) to put it on another sign in. time for a different lock.
