Great app runs smoothly and the interface makes it super easy to use and understand. HOWEVER the app never saves my card info even though I click save card for later. It's very annoying having to find my wallet and pull out the card and type it in time and time again. Especially when I order it every other day.

I love how easily I can reorder something. Also, customizing an order is very easy. My wife always wants to make some customization to her meals, which is always a pain. It's much easier on this app than others. My only complaint is how the menu layout is. No matter how many times I've used it, I always end up clicking on the wrong category. That's not a huge deal though

Really easy to use, all the additional toppings, sauces, and noodles they have are clearly listed. Still some small glitches like for the meals and sides, I've never been able to get those options to work, but other than that no problems. Easily one of the best restaurant apps I've used.

Had more than 6000 reward points, tried to use them, the app said there was an error calculating the points. Ended up paying for the two entrees and it still took the reward points away. Lost more than 3000 points that evening...not really happy.

Twice, my online pickup order has been sent to the incorrect store in the app. The first time it happened I figured I messed up, but it has happened twice now after being paranoid about not having the correct store selected

Love this place. So excited someone came up with a quick service pasta place. Only thing I'd love to see in the app is an add more of not just remove item from dish. Other than that they are quick, fresh and perfect

I'm updating my review because I experienced no issues or problems placing an order today. Not sure how fast delivery will be but I'm in no rush. Ordering was easy, available offers were obvious and easy to select. Thank you for fixing the tech! My review from February: I tried to order delivery the other day but it said it wasn't available in my area. Just tried to order again - for pickup this time - and I keep getting different errors! Very frustrating. I will be ordering from somewhere else!

App is great, love the layout and streamlined, intuitive design. The "challenges" sometimes disappear while you are in the midst of completing them, which is frustrating, but the rewards offered make this app worth downloading. (Prices are still kinda high though, but that's more a critique of the company, not the app.)

New app is garbage. Login information lost, cannot reset password, data fields reset randomly, all my points are gone. Update is a massive failure.

Easy to use and order. The buttons throw me off a little bit. I always click the button above the pictures and it's supposed to be the picture below.

Very easy to use. Lots of options for customization and despite experiences with other restaurants those customizations are actually carried out.

Seems someone forgot to push the update to Google Play or something. App won't open because an update is required, but there are no updates available through Google Play. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but didn't help. App is alright when it does work, though there have been multiple times that ordering through chrome and the website worked much better.

This app really needs a lot of work. It always has. Every time I check out it says to add a card because it doesn't save the card I used previously. So I add a new card every time I make a purchase. Then I go to my settings and look at my payment info. Lo and behold, the same card is saved about 5 times. Even when I click save for later to use on future purchases, it just doesn't. I've also clicked on rewards to use that don't work and it used my points 5 times for the same thing.

Has improved from early days where it was cumbersome and occasionally wouldn't work. Streamlined quite a bit in last update.

I absolutely love this place, it's one of my favorite restaurants to order from. I'm always satisfied with the food, it's so delicious and filling. Highly recommend, especially for people on the keto diet. I get zoodles or cauliflower substitutions with whatever I am craving instead of pasta!

Point system is wack and half of the time you don't earn points at all. I was supposed to get enough points for a free entree after 2 visits in December but never got the points after the second or even third visit. This app is complete trash and most of the time the restaurant staff seem unconcerned with making sure that in-app orders are correct anyway.

It would be great if this company kept up with the times when it comes to technology. Their app is not smart enough to claim your points after you've already spent the amount of money to take your family to a sit- down restaurant. Any other restaurant I've had this experience with allows you to add points afterwards, especially the franchises. How frustrating.

Edited: Redeeming points is still confusing because the total you are due is not tallied until the last screen. But it's possible to actually use it now. It was previously a mess and deleted a bunch of my points. The last update now shows me with meals I can redeem from the time when that happened so it looks like they've finally caught their tail so to speak.

So easy to place your order and no hassle dealing with other apps that take forever to deliver. Kind of sad that the curry soup is no longer available as that was one of my favorites.

It is almost perfect, but the menu keeps shrinking in the amount of menu items.

This app is horrible login doesn't work it logs me out when i login in then promps me to reset password gives all kinds of other issues its so problematic its not worth using! It also does the same thing on the website (everything is up to date on my end from my s21 ultra and my ipad pro 2021 ) has to be internal issues on developer side same thing happend to my brother on his devices too when we were at the resturant.

Usually I get the same thing and it's good but I tried something different. Wasn't very good in my opinion. The noodles seemed overcooked and the sauce wasn't one I recommend. I also received a salad but it was small and tiny. I guess that is reasonable for the $2 I paid. Overall the food could have been better. It's wasn't horrible but I won't be getting what I ordered. The garlic cheese bread was good.

Clear, concise and straight forward. 4 stars because it is easy to use, but menu presentation could be better.
