I love the 360 camera. Night vision is great. Love that the whole family can peek at the nursery through the cam anytime I have it turned on. It has a very slight click sound when it switches to night vision, less noise than shutting a door. My wishes for this product is that it would not turn on EVERYONE'S notifications when I turn on notifications for sound or motion. I'd also like to be able to see who is viewing the camera.

At first I was mad because it wouldn't connect. But it was the Sky internet being garbage. So to me the camera itself doesn't feel cheap at all. It's good quality. I can remotely control it from my phone. I've got the 360 one. Its quiet when tilting so that a big plus. Picture quality is also very good especially the night vision mode. I like the 2 way audio option. The app need some tweaks tho. Like being able to lock my phone and get alerts would be great. Overall it's great. I recommend it:)

Camera motion sensor is far too sensitive, even on low setting. Picks up bugs and especially rain! Consequently you get a notification every minute when it's raining!!! The mic is poor quality; haven't tried the speaker yet. App doesn't open at the moment of detected movement, it goes to the live view. The inbox notification has to be about 5 minutes old before it will play. Which is no good if you've had an intruder. The player needs 1/4, 1/2, x2, x4, x8 speeds and for the timeline to remain.

You know I am getting really sick and tired of buying a product, hooking it up then it works PERFECT for the first few days. I have had the camera up and running, great good picture, then after a few days the damn app goes south. I have did everything from switching devices, reinstalling, uninstalling, resetting , works for a short time then stopping again. I have left 3 different messages, in 3 different platform, trying to get an answer as to ,have not heard ANYTHING. Update: They did fix it.

App was ok at best and this latest update just made it worse. On occasion our two cameras will just dissapear and we will have to reboot the app. Most of the time it just takes 30 seconds or so to load the feed from the camera. Then there is just randomly being signed out. We also figured out that after the update we weren't getting alerts. We had to increase the sound sensitivity and that fixed the problem. Not sure what the purpose of the update was but it wasn't helpful at all.

Constant network connection issues. Worthless! Update. Very sporadic operation. I can only access it the live feed occasionally and even less frequently see stored videos of motion captures. Software keeps pushing for subscription service in order to show captured content with errors like "No storage available, subscribe now for instant access,..." AND, no matter the settings on motion capture, if you insert a micro SD card, it captures video 24 hours a day in 5 minute segments on that card.

I think the camera works well with good features. BUT, this app has its problems. I installed a second outdoor cam about 2 months after buying cloud service for my first. I am unaware if I need two subscriptions for cam # 2 (which would be BS in my opinion), or if I can somehow set up cloud service For cam #2 through my first subscription? When I click and try'n add a plan for the second camera through the app, it just repeatedly asks me to choose a plan. Nooie support has still not responded!!

Camera disconnects on its own and can be impossible to reconnect at times. Super unreliable if you're using this as a camera for your babies room or for any other reason as well. Clear image, clear sound, nice camera when it chooses to work, definitely would not purchase again. Do your research, find a better camera.

I don't know what you've done, but since the latest "bug fix" I can't get the camera to load. Very frustrating as it's in my baby's room so I can keep an eye on him, and now I'm left with no way to check on him without waking him. 😠 EDIT Thanks to a very speedy reply and update, the app and camera are now working again. I've only dropped a star because when I turn my phone to landscape to fill the whole screen with the video, I lose some of the bottom of the picture. Not a major issue though.

At first great, then an update made it far less great (notifications quit working, extreme lags, etc.) and now today app froze and will not reopen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. Nothing helps... cameras are now worthless. Update: an update was issued within a day and the app is now working again. Thanks for the speedy update for the issue!

Having to constantly uninstall the app to get it to work properly. Cameras turn on a few times then stop until I uninstall, same with turning them off when I don't need them on. They don't recognise my memory cards (probably a way to get me to sign up for their cloud service) until I uninstall. Shouldn't have to keep doing this to get something that I paid money for to work!!!

I have 2 units. One always stops working every few weeks. Nooie tinkers and gets it working after a while (how do they have such control of my camera?) - ridiculous. They refuse to replace the camera. When using SD card, after a certain # of videos are recorded (perhaps 1000?), then all videos become unplayable even though there is still space on the card. Reformatting the card makes it work every time again.

I love this app. It's clear and simple to use. The only one thing I found negative is the very low volume when I turn on the listening mode. I think it can be fixed with an update, because it seems that the app uses the smartphone's speaker dedicated to calls and not the speakerphone.

The 360camera is great, love the night vision feature and the ability to record or take snapshots. However one star review because the app glitches. CONSTANTLY. It randomly signs out through the night. Randomly will remove the camera from the account. Gives a network error at sign in which I've determined isn't my network at all but just this app.. we've had this since November 2019 and these are on going issues.

Works decently. My sister told me she could see her child breathing at night (first time parents know how important this is lol) on a cheaper device a decade ago. The worst part about this system is the app. Deleted the camera, network error, and randomly says it won't connect to wi-fi when all other devices are working. Annoying because we've only been using this less than 4 months. Update: I hate this app with a fiery burning passion.

Their stupid updates ruin the product. Within a month the updates turn off color and sound. Now I've found th mic doesn't work properly. I was so happy when I first bought this camera. It was perfect. WAS. But every day and every time I opened the app it had to update. Right up till they updated to be nothing more then a blurred screen. Camera unit is less then 4 months old.

The app has been asking me to update the firmware for around 2 weeks and I have just ignored it. Decided to finally update it and since updating the sound no longer sends me notifications and when I look at the camera the sound drops in and out. I then noticed they have a new app which I downloaded and still the sound is the same. If it isn't fixed within 24 hours then I will be contacting Amazon for a refund as I have had it 3 weeks and item is now defective

App used to be great and now it's unreliable. It worked perfectly but now every time I open the app you get the loading N symbol within 3 seconds. If you try to use the app to pan the camera it starts to move and continues even after releasing your finger from the screen and get the loading N again. I've already emailed your support team directly from the app and had no response.

Terrible app. Camera connected ONCE, was immediately prompted to "upgrade the firmware", and afterwards it WOULD NOT CONNECT ANYMORE no matter what. Tried resetting the camera 10+times, unplugged then replaced, removed the camera, checked my wifi (i pay for 200+mbps) and nothing. Stay away from this product!!!! It's terrible!
