Nooie Plug

With Nooie Plug and the Nooie Home app, you can set automatic operating schedules for any plugged-in device in your home, from lamps to coffee makers to rice cookers. You can schedule them to turn on and off during specific hours, create timers, or enable voice control with Google Assistant, Alexa. For instructions, please go to “Third-Party Controls” in the app. You will also be able to share access to your device with family or friends, simply by adding them as “Owners” or “Guests” in the “Manage Home” menu. If you own multiple Nooie plugs, you can also create a group to control them simultaneously.

Camera clarity is good, when it actually works. I have to reset the camera, and reconnect almost every single day, because it'll randomly tell me incorrect password, although I've saved the log in information. When attempting to reconnect, it takes usually a few hours fiddling with it and attempt after attempt to reconnect. I get frustrated with it and try again the next day, usually to no avail. Would rather just trash it and buy something that'll stay connected.

The new update made my cameras completely useless! I have the 360 and the wall perch one. The 360 keeps saying that I need to activate the loop system for my memory card or buy cloud storage. It's on loop! The worst part is it has sent me notices of low memory every two minutes for two days. I've just turned off the camera. The wall perch one is also having issues and won't tell me when there is movement anymore. I've reset, restarted, reprogrammed in every way possible. It's the app!

Sound randomly cuts out or doesn't record. I get so many notifications about nothing going on that I tend to ignore them, which makes that useless. Will just not record events so you miss things. You can only have one phone logged in at a time. App is so buggy you have to open and close multiple times to see anything. You can connect it to alexa, but that's it, it doesn't do anything. Overall a complete waste of money and I wish I'd never bought it.

The app has suddenly just stopped working/crashed. I can't get past the loading 'n' screen. I've tried uninstall the reinstall, closing the app and reopening, restarting my phone, restarting the Internet. Absolute let down. I need to be able to watch my baby so I'm going to have to purchase a different camera.

Terrible app. Constantly buffering and freezing. No matter how many times I restart or re-download the app the same problems arise. Do not recommend. Camera itself is fine but if the app doesn't work to view the camera then it's useless.

The latest 1.4.30 firmware is terrible, do not update as a warning. I have had to turn off the sound detection which used to work fine but now continiously alerts, guessing due to white noise but even on low detection it still constantlt alerts.the general playback volume sounds a lot louder also

The picture quality and night vision are good. The problems I have with this camera have to do with the sound. 1) When the camera powers on, it make a loud bootup sound. I have had to relocate this camera for optimal viewing in the same room as a sleeping child and the sound is enough to wake them up. 2) When the camera is rotated, it makes a sound as well, sometimes disturbing the child sleeping. This seems like a significant oversight. You could assume that a person might not want to unplug/plugin a camera while the child is sleeping, but you will almost always be rotating the camera while they are. 3) After 1 year the audio feed has completely failed. We are unable to hear anything through the camera. Since we aren't able to watch the video every second, we will have to throw this one out and get a more dependable camera.

Love the camera, liked the old app, do not care for the update. Sometimes it works but most of the time, I open the app for it to say that I have no devices added. I refresh the app over and over in hope that it will reappear but it doesn't. It's a total hit or miss whether or not it shows up when I open the app. Not a connection issue.

The connection drops all the time. It says to check my connection but there isn't anywhere in the app that I can redo the WiFi password without deleting the camera and re-adding it and that doesn't work cause it's in the baby's room and I'm not grabbing it to redo the connection because when it drops, it's when the baby is sleeping. Pretty much useless. Also you cant download the videos with sound, always downloads without the sound.

The video is clear, the night vision is clear. The app is understandable. The sound and motion detection notifications are all over the place. It's awkward to set up with a clear view of baby's face through a crib. Device set up is quick and easy. I have the app on my phone but it says my tablet isn't a supported device. Any way I can make my tablet a supported device?

Cant be two at the same time using the app. It will kick the other person all the time. Works 5% on the time with Alexa and when it works there is a huge delay. Sound is not ideal as well. App is buggy and a bit slow. Image is fine tough but the problem are too big in comparison.

Love the camera but the app is trash. Almost all of the time it won't record events and says no events for the day even when I know my baby has woken up several times that night. I have an SD card and yet for some reason nothing is being stored. The old app worked great with this. I am almost suspicious that they are making things as difficult as possible so you will give up and buy a subscription. Oh and good luck pairing the camera!!!!

This app needs some work to better my experience. I have the Nooie Cam 360 (IPC100B) that I am using for a pet cam. Rotating the camera seems to lag at times. 2-way audio needs tweaking. The audio from the camera that is being sent to the app cuts out, and using the mic on the app to speak sometimes is not clear and not loud enough even with the volume up. The widget doesn't work. The widget adds to the homescreen, but doesn't display anything. Just a pure white widget that launches the app.

Just make sure you have an understanding of how to set up your router properly to function with the indoor camera (some only work on 2.4 GHz WiFi) and your clandestine operations will be up and running in no time.

Very disappointed. Camera suddenly stopped working, reset it so many times, removed app from phone, tried to re-add camera but to no avail, just constant white flashing light during QR set up that never changes, absolute hot garbage of a camera and app. Did all the functions, WiFi checks, nothing has changed so why is the camera suddenly not working? Logged an email with the help desk and sent them my QR codes but not holding out for any response. Will be returning.

Bought this as old nooie camera sound stopped working. Installed it and had to pay £40 for a years subscription as I couldn't transfer my 6 months I had left on old camera. Now all I hear is high pitching sound and it's unusable. Contacted the support and they gave me a push firmware update still the same. Sent emails of the noise and still nothing. So I am £80 down left with a camera that has a loud screeching sound everytime I view a live feed or playback

I pay for the stored video and audio footage on both my cameras and have the worst time getting them to actually record. Sometimes they work but my goodness the number of times the app has told me "nothing happened today" or "sign up for nooie cloud to access"... I have it all on a monthly auto pay...

App takes too long to load. It defeats the point of having one of these when it seems to take several minutes every time to fire up the app/camera in order to see what's going on in the baby room. I don't have connection issues in my house - it's solely related to this device & app.
