App connects just fine. Just pray you never lose power. The switches have an internet connection\ cloud issue. They go offline on the App all the time. But don't worry, bcuz if you do go offline you'll still be able to navigate through the App. It just won't ever control anything again. Plan on doing alot of Factory resets with your fancy $500 switches. P.s. Just bcuz there expensive, doesn't mean there worth S**t
End of Life this Product?!?! Did Noon go out of business? I bought this smart lighting system for ALOT of money. Their native App has become non-existant, with zero sustaining support. Thankfully I paired this system to my Amazon Alexa, or I'd have zero auto/hands-free functionality remaining. But they need to re-invest/reinstate into the native Noon App!
The app is great for control once it load. there is a considerable delay in loading up. I hope noon can rebuild the app to be faster. i jave a newer andriod phone, but it still takes 10 to 15 seconds to load. Google assistant voice comand is faster than load time on app
Unusable, just crashes. This used to work fine, but it looks like they're no longer updating the app maybe? I'm thinking of replacing all these switches.
The app crashes during initialization. . This has been happening for past two months. Looks like they have given up on the product. No more updates since October 2020.
App will not pair to directors anymore. This app should be removed by Google Play since it doesn't work to pair their directors to wifi or your phone thru this app, and support is non-existent. If I could 0 star I would.
Wish I could give even less stars. Bought s new house and got stuck with this junk that now won't run our lights! The app crashes constantly. It would be nice to see at night.
Terrible! Manual is incomplete, troubleshooting is almost non existence. The product itself and the app need a lot of work to be put in.
Using it on Samsung Note9 and the app crashes at the startup. Piece of junk I say. My phone is fully updated so it has to be the app.

Crashes and service is always unavailable. Looks like the company or product is defunct.
It has gotten worse, service unavailable constantly, what a massive waste of money.

Crash Fix: Settings>Apps>Noon> Clear Cache and Data
The app itself is okay. Seems to be very fluid and easy to navigate. I don't like the forced bluetooth and forced location access. These need to be options that either add or remove functionality. Forced setup is a bit irritating, I like to explore the application a bit then have the option to go back and complete the setup wizard. Lastly the application and products associated have minimal smart home support for Alexa, no Google, and no IFTTT. This makes lighting integration very limited with the features of any smart home.
Love laying in bed and turing off all the lights with one touch of my phone. And how this app was supper easy to install.
I'm updating my reviews. This app continues to frustrate me. I keep waiting for simple bug fixes that never come...now basic features like light scheduling no longer work. The Savant team keeps responding back with delays(for 6 months). Great hardware but software needs to be faster and more reliable, constant bugs and issues. Not sure what's going on with the company but software is barely being maintained. 🤦♂️
