noon shopping

This app for me is perfect and been using so long, I can see that they keep updating to improve the user experience. I like Specially the filtering and love the noon products they are reliable and affordable, Never had a problem with deliveries too. The thing they should improve is broaden the selection of products when i search something it's less than the competitors.

Great App. All the stuffs you need are available. Purchase and returns are easy to access. Items are in good conditions and the packagings are hygenic. They offer more discounts, free delivery and some benefits for customers. Online agent crews and delivery drivers are very nice and approachable. Thanks NOON. MORE POWER.

It's a very bad experience, i put get it together but what they did they delivered 1 by one and it's different shipping fee!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! You mean you want more money so you put separate sf for each item??? I chose the option for get it together for the additional payment. And now you charge me for sf each item!!! You're not good in this matter you are fooling people!!!!

Its been more than a year and yet your top left part of the screen cannot be tapped. Something is overlaying on it that makes it untappable. Please tell your devs to fix them. I have only been using grocery and food for the past year. Never used the original noon menu for the past year coz its located in top left of the screen. This happens on a big phone and happens only on noon app

Initially amazing but as of now can't get through the home screen it keeps glitching and refreshing. A lot of people have the same review but seems like you don't care enough, it's literally impossible to place an order. Another good app going down the drain since it became popular and now that it's at the top it could care less about customer satisfaction. Get your act together!!

Awful and frustrating experience. I am trying to return an item since two weeks and your team keeps declining the return request. Return request was submitted the same day and the item was in its original form. Your team say it wasn't in its original form and this is a lie, for we returned it in its original form. Customer care is useless and told is to wait and contact them to submit the return request again. We did that, and it got declined again. Wont use noon ever again.

Application is fine, but shopping experience and customer service are really bad, they will never deliver your order on time, even if you are a VIP customer. My last 5 orders were not delivered on time and I had to call their customer service several time to follow up and get it delivered. My advice to you, never use noon and use Amazon instead, there's a huge difference between both.

Update: Noon Food App is a disaster! Nothing changed, its still the annoying refresh that makes me dizzy just watching it 😫 What's your IT doing? Pls. Fix it! I want Noon delivery but the app! Mama mia! Recent update is very annoying. I couldn't even see the food choices because it keeps refreshing like every second. I hope you fix it ASAP. I want to order in noon food because it arrives fast but the app is impossible! What happened? It wasn't like this before. It really test patience. :(

My experience with noon is good so far. I only ordered 4 tomes until now. They pack and deliver grocery very nicely. I received two deliveries and both were within given time frame. Fresh produce quality is just average overall. Two improvements I want to suggest. Sometimes product is available in Google search but its not available on app, kindly fix it. And second is my request to add more details for food items, like ingredients and all the info on package, not just front picture. Good luck.

Horrible experience with noon groceries. Basic groceries are not being delivered on time and not only once but almost everytime the same experience. I have to cancle the order nearly 3 times and get everything from a near by store after 2 days of waiting for just groceries.

One of the worst customer care experience. After sale services is too bad . Stupid customer care number never work. And I bought a Google pixel 3 phone and after 2 days I found the headphones and pendrive connector is not able plug in the slot. Then I file return request after one more day my charging cable is not able to plug and am not able to charge. And they rejected the return request too. Very bad service.

I have the most disappointing experience with Noon. The delivery person keeps cancelling my orders. I have placed numerous times. Have called to complain about my orders being cancelled not just once but numerous times. I thought they will be able to address my complains but to no avail. I still get the same experience over and over again😡

Still haven't received my money from my return. Please remove all the sellers that have repeated case of wrong items. First you don't return the shipping fee. Second you should have noon employees check the items before sending. What's the sense of having a warehouse. Third noon drivers says unable to deliver but they don't call or anything. Not so EXPRESS at all!!!

Pros 1) excellent customer support 2) products listings and choices still low, but I am noticing improvement. Cons 1) product description and specification needs more details and improvement. 2) search engine will earn you a C in colledge . It is not very helpful to customer in providing choices and suggestions. 3) can't brows vertically, which makes it cumbersome for tablet owners.

The service started well then deteriorated rapidly. I received a used & smelly air cooler fan (big item) to which I notify them immediately. To date, 3 weeks later, I keep getting standard replies with no confirmation of the item getting returned. I can no longer use Noon after the amount of stress they caused me. I used to bypass other issues like rude untrained delivery people, delivery calls made on the spot with no prior notice or agreement of a suitable time. I've had enough of Noon stress.

Updateeeeee: amazing progress for noon UAE, very professional marketing strategies, delivering as it should be " on time", wide variety to choose from, amazing deals, and accurate information and authentic products. I didn't need to contact the customer service yet after this big improvement, hopefully they improved also b/c as many clients i had many issues with them. Bravo noon for hearing customers' claims and complaints and resolving these issues. Wishing you more progress and success 🙌

At the beginning of this app, there was many problems with costumer services, shopping, and returned items. But after 2 years of using noon for online shopping I have to edit my review as I am very satisfied . Costumer service becomes very professional and helpful. Buying and returning processes becomes very easy Thank you noon

Edit: Sadly, after being one of the most loyal customers to noon, I realized a huge drop in their services. Shipping is much slower, express items now have shipping fees, customer service is not as good as it used to be. I am very upset about these sudden changes 😕 I love noon!! I use it to purchase everything now, from daily supplies, to expensive perfumes and watches... their service is amazing... fast delivery and customer service agents are very attending and friendly... highly recommended

This app was amazing for the past year, but ever since they discontinued Noon VIP program in KSA it is no longer worth it to use since there is a SR12 fee for every order. You no longer have the convenience to order at your leisure but instead have to wait till your order amount is above SR50 or pay the delivery fee. Paying the delivery fee doesn't make sense when ordering in small amounts.

App is ok but payment interface is dubious as everytime you want to use your cashback it declines the transaction. Then you have to complain, phone multiple times eventually they unblock it and use it but the effort it requires to get your promised cashback is exorbitant! Hence the poor rating...

One of the worst online shopping sites Very rude customer service Not reliable company at all and doest not worth it I ordered two items and showed me very far date of delivery then later they cancelled one of the TWO items!!!! Even the second item was supposed to be delivered on 3rd of May and nothing delivered yet. Many calls to customer service and ever time the answer was that they'll complain against the delivery man, seriously!!! I hope any reliable person to contact me

I placed an order for Smart TV which had an offer for a Hisense Sound bar worth AED 299 as a FREE Gift. I received the Smart TV but did not receive the Free Soundbar. When I called the Customer Service, they said that I had not opted for the Free Soundbar. And I say I did not get an option to add the free Soundbar (And by the way, if it is a FREE gift, why should a customer add it separately? ). Anyway, now I understand why Amazon is such a world class company!

Having issue with food app. All the icons on the screen are unresponsive and the app refreshes every few seconds. You need to stop the operation and fix the app and relaunch.
