App will not run after latest update. I've tried 5 times over the last two days. Absolute garbage app. I can't watch videos in my storage without it asking fir the authentication code, which I have already entered. App says log in (I am) and register the headset on their web site, but there is no where on the web site to do so. What an atrocious app, nothing but bugs and glitches. Don't waste your time and money.
Stopped working after update. /// Funny that after nearly two weeks when is clearly big problem with current version it still isn't resolved or at least restored in shop to previous version which didn't had that issue.
App will not play videos in VR at all. Every time I click on the VR icon it tells me to log in.....however I AM logged in and I can go to my profile with no problem but I can play any videos.
Will not allow you to use the remote feature to connect to your desktop, no matter how fast your internet is.
I am writing to Best buy so that they stop selling this garbage and stop getting people to trogh their money away. My kid bought it with his hard earned money and didn't notice the non refund sticker on the box.
Lousy troublesome software no user friendly can't use with free keep asking for registration. If you can't provide foc just price some dollar on it.(😂)
I like the VR headset it would be better if you can have Real scary muses
Get what you paid for. $40, it whet the appetite however. So worth 40 . . . industry is in very early days. When there is content and continuity in the industry for a fair price . . . bout the time we get to Mars perhaps 20 yrs?
Boring app, there is nothing for content but Korean videos and that's all, pointless app for the useless noon vr headset

worst device ever - on Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has no focus - constant double image. How is even allowed to be sold at BestBuy Canada ? total plastic junk
Cannot watch downloaded netflix movies. Only reason I bought this device was so i could watch movies in bed. Sadface ☹️

I went from Cardboard to Noon Plus. I like that this app is optimized for the Noon headset so that I don't need to tinker with the settings after I've placed my phone in the headset. I love the double tap (on back of the phone) feature to bring up VR controls. I only wish the directory structure was better so I can browse my internal storage contents by folder rather having to go through the list of my entire video library.
