One of the worst service app. One of my installment plan i want to close through early settlement and it is not possible through this app.Everytime calling the call center they are again and again telling that you have to close through this app.While trying again and again through this app for early settlement of my installment plan, all times the window is showing " No Records". In my phone this app is upto date. The sad part is i have paid the outstanding amount fully for closing this plan
cluncky app - does not utilise biometric security options and there is no option to see transaction history (the only one available shows mobile payments). when redeeming cash back, i had no clue how much was actually converted, the app just doesn't show. need a complete overall to speak 2019 language.
Jan 12 update still not running in my device. Some toast appears as rooted device, can't start app. This app suddenly started to show rooted device and keep crashing. I'm using LineageOS. So developer do not want the user to use a laptop with Admin rights?!!!! You could warn the user but it is up to the user to take a decision. Waiting for reply before uninstalling.
App woks very well, but I wish there was not that long intro with the noor bank logo when you launch the app as it actually takes time. I think efficiency for customers is more important than fancy graphics. Overall sleed can be improved.
I welcome the use of mobile apps but this has a generally bad user experience. It has slow OTP input, hard to paste into text fields, annoying contacts permission request dialogs, lack of statement export formats like CSV, etc.
Very good app and obviously a great bank, specially lot of advanced features as compared to other banks. Great comfortable UI, just increase the UI resolution specially the logo resolution a bit. Happy to be a noor customer.
This app is good but being a leading bank's app, This app doesn't has fingerprint login option which is available in most of the smartphones. So for every single login a full credential input is required followed by OTP which is a time consuming and waste of time. I hope Noor Bank can improve their app and add this basic feature which is available on other bank's app.
Dear Team, I was using the app for more than six months now. Today app was forced me to update the latest version, I updated. After the update the app is weird. Its like some app with development mode with some weird screens. I can share u the screen shots if you give me any mail id. Thanks.
Guys there is a problem with that new update. The app gives me an errror massege : Rooted device, App can't open ! And I cannot reach my account details. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again but no way !! Every one is complaining in the comments and you just don't do anything. This IT team should be changed.
Not the slickest of the bunch, slow to load and very glitchy. On the upside the telephone assistance is very helpful.... probably as its having a lot of calls!!!
I had over 4 years of experience this app and it was excellent but two days back not working, it says check the internet and update the version witch it is both are fine but still not working, please support, l left UAE, thanks
It's very Simple, Advance, Very fast and convinent. One time password comes on email and registered mobile for each transactions which gives us a feelings of safety, which is most important.
before there was a option to pay the payment for other bank credit card. but now the days that option not available in this app. if you add that option agin in this app that is very useful for us.
Nice but... we can skip one step of finger scan. When we choose login by scanning. It should detect automatically if registered finger is placed on scanner or not.
Even the login screen is not clearly visible. Words and links are overlapped. You can't even see the fields to enter credentials, how would someone be able to do banking?? Noor bank app developer should have tested the UI before release.
not working on my Xiaomi phone. screen is not compatible its beeen 1 month ..and still app dont work on my phone.. you team had followed up and requested to send screen shot ..i shared the same..but nothing has been done..
Always asking for update, can't use it without updating. You should give the option to your customers whether we want to update or not and still be able to use the app. It's very inconvenient.
I have a Noor Credit Card This is 3rd Class Cresit card of the world Once I withdrew cash from Cc and it has been 4 months they continuously charging me as profit on Cash Withdrawals, though I paid the full pending amount in same month. On top of that I didn't use card in April and surprised to see there still a charge on me I am not using Credit Card at all... Card payments are paid fully... but charges are there If you call on help center they don't have any logical answer...
Dear support, After the new update i cannot view properly any transactions the display is cluttered and even login screen also not responding properly. Almost not usable.
I have installed the app on the mobile, android, to register it ask me TRADE LICENSE ,but my company is RAK Offshore, it does not have a registration number, so i'm not able to register. Moreover it is not clear how to register with my portable computer.
Good experience and easy to use and all informations are available easy to transfer money within the UAE and outside the UAE as well balance check other card payments. I recommended people to download the application which help you not to visit the branch you can do everything sitting in your or at your home.
The app stopped working and not opening. Even if you try to uninstall and install again. You need to fix the issue with it so people can use this app.
Horrible experience. I strictly dont recommend a product called "personal wallet" from noor bank to anyone. The DDA facility in this credit card appears in credit beauru as cheque bounce which can damage ur complete credit score. Just 2 days delay in card payment made my life totally in troubles. It's a nightmare. I am. Literally crying. Out of handsome salary, I am not getting any loan or card now. Completely down. Never lend with banks like these, seriously dudes. Go for fair banks like ADCB
Slow, painful, tedious, with pages trying to dynamically load but often crashing. Edit: Already on latest release (as of 20/2/20)
No response from the customer care. The application doesnt open well when launched from the mobile even after the updates from Noor. Completely dissatisfied and embarrassed with the service provided.
Mobile app.. its supposed we can use anywhere and everywhere but I tried 3 times outside from UAE for transfer money but it's not working. So please keep upgrade the service for online or mobile banking
Its a wow experience to use Noor Bank mobile banking application, real time details of every transaction we make, my finance graph of every month usage, i see everything made available at one platform, thanks Noor Bank to give me peace of mind and convenience of managing my finances . Really handy and useful . Thanks
I've been getting an error everytime I use the app. The call center asked me to send a screenshot by email to customer support. They responded by email asking me to call the call center. Extremely poor customer service and absolutely no concern for customers. Everyone keeps trying to put the work on someone else. Issue Resolved.
