With Nordea's Mobile Bank you can do your banking conveniently irrespective of time and place.
In the app you can -view your accounts' balance and transaction details-make credit transfers between your own accounts -pay bills -read payment details with a barcode reader or QR code reader-check the details of your cards and make transfers from your credit card -change card settings-check the details of your loans-follow up the performance of your book-entry accounts-read and send e-mails through Netbank's Mail-compare different foreign currencies with the currency calculator

You log into Mobile Bank with a permanent password or with the Nordea Codes app. You can create a permanent password either in Netbank or in Mobile Bank. You can activate the code app in your Netbank service. You will need the access codes when you start using the code app and the permanent password.

Some services, such as bill payment, require that you confirm the payment with a code from your code card or with the code app.

New functionalities will be added to Mobile Bank regularly and this is why we recommend that you update your app as soon as you receive the information on the update. In order to use Mobile Bank
- you need a Netbank agreement with Nordea and
- an Android device on which to download the mobile app.

While the app itself functions as expected. Nordea forces all bank users to have this app on their phone (not having this app makes Nordea take money out of your account monthly, like reverse interest) and if that wasnt bad enough, Nordea forces all its users to have Nordea ID on phone as well for 2 step verification. Meaning you will have both of these 2 apps on your phone, so if you lose your phone or your phone gets stolen, anyone has immediately access to your bank account.

So far works and has worked pretty well for me.. Can be a bit tricky finding certain banking services within the app; but if you play well enough with the app, you'll find what you're looking for.. Understandable because If every service was plastered on the app's frontpage, the app's interface wouldn't look as neat as it currently looks.. Good job to the developers responsible for this..

Tha app was working perfectly till I couldn't access and an error came up saying "the internet connection appears to be offline". I tried to switch between mobile data and wifi and nothing, also restart the phone and nothing. Checking the internet, which was fine, and nothing works. BTW I'm using Samsung a30.

Was relatively handy until it suddenly stopped to work in the middle of vacation at the important moment when I wanted to top up my card, it just displays splash screen and does nothing. Tried to clean storage and reinstall but it didn't help. Such unreliability of banking application is unacceptable: user can't rely on it, and there is no way to understand what happened. P.S. As I wrote above, I tried to do everything, including reinstallation. I see other similar reports.

New update problems: the feature of being able to login straight away (only reading fingerprint was great), and app crashes if switching between tabs too quickly (open one tab and then switch twice fast) I don't use Nordea Wallet to check my banking info as it's too slow. Please try to keep this one fast at least. Something may look good, but it doesn't mean it's practical. Edit: The auto-login with fingerprint was fixed by disabling fingerprint login and re-enabling it again, but please do fix it so it'll work straight after update (may be hard to test tho) And the other problem of the app crashing seems to have been magically fixed. (Probably device related)

Really easy to use. Feels really smooth always when using. Always feels like a pleasure. Also seems like it's always step ahead. You almost start to want to open it for nothing. This is the current modern way of banking and I can only imagine the ways they will improve. Never had issues. Rarely down for mainteances or anything. Honestly, if you can use this, use it.

Generally OK but has certain issues that hopefully gets fixed. For example Nordea Gold credit card doesn't have "pay back" button similar to the normal Nordea Mastercard. Also the credit sum available seems to be bugging for the Gold card after manual payback (shows different sums when refreshing the view). When trying to send a message to a contact person, often receive "Something went wrong" error message, which is very frustrating. Would also like to have better Investor integration in-built

Earlier versions had issues, but they were fixed rather fast. It's totally usable now. Barcode scanning from computer screen doesn't work because the focus is hunting all the time (I guess because of flickering caused by refresh rates). So adding an option to scan barcode with manual focus would be a useful addition.

An excellent app to keep tabs on your bank accounts, cards, transactions and loans on the go. The few reliability issues that have occurred in the past have always been fixed quickly and any major occurrences are well telegraphed and handled. When combined with the code app, managing your banking affairs and making purchases becomes incredibly easy no matter where you are.

pretty good for what I need (payments, transfers, reviewing accounts status), but a bit weird thay einvoices are not automatically confirmed (like a direct debit) and you have to manually check and approve them. Additionally, all international transfers seem to fail first confirmation and you need to confirm a second time

I would like to see a feature where you get push notifications when automatic reoccuring payments are made (invoices, transfers etc.) Or more importantly a notification where an automatic reoccuring payment fails. Also app should have the feature of modifying a failed invoice to pay it. Now I had to copy it -> pay the copy -> go to the website -> go to the old website UI -> Delete the failed invoice. EDIT: Apparently there is notification setting for failed invoices. It just doesn't work.

The app has been updated to the latest version for me and my friend, and since that time we have a big problem. app stops working and says that "agreement was cancelled please contact us." The service such as nordea cannot make such mistakes, when people are supposed to use their money everyday. now we have to contact them and solve this problem, even though we didn't plan it. and yes, all the user ids and passwords are correct, as well as connection.

Cannot log in after update. Instead I get an error about (paraphrasing) "simultaneous login attempts. Please use the codes app to remove the error". When I open the codes app, it says nothing. I have no choice but to uninstall and switch to traditional login methods. Tried shutting down both apps and clearing cache. Everything used to work so two stars

I'm getting SO SICK of all the bugs and maintenance happening to this app. This is the most unreliable banking app I have ever used. It can take DAYS for transactions to appear and it is near impossible to find clear and up-to-date information about holds and authorisations on my cards. I am really regretting swapping from Osuuspankki. NORDEA I AM PAYING FOR RELIABILITY. You've been a bank for years. How are you still having BASIC issues like this? Fix it immediately or I just go back to OP.

I tend to take care of all my banking nowadays in the app rather than desktop. The app is just so much faster and more intuitive than desktop site, even tho the new version of the desktop is good, but it is not as good as the app! So thank your app team for making execptional banking experience!

It has stopped working, won't load even after uninstall and reinstall, clear cache and memory etc. But no access, so now can't pay bills etc. Constantly having issues with nordea, either down for maintenance or the bloody apps don't work. Very expensive bank, for a very useless service!

The app is very easy to use. My only complaint is related to the chat function. I was waiting for the agent to reply for a long time (30m). However, when the agent got back to me, I was not able to answer immediately because there wasn't a notification and I was occupied and cannot be checking my screen every second. They waited less than 1-3 minutes before closing the chat so I had to wait for another 30 minutes. I know there is a queue, but it'd be better if they wait a bit more.

Convinient fingerprint unlock and friendly UI. However, almost every week something is under maintenance, sometimes doesn't show the amount of cash, or it is wrong, until the system updates it, which takes a weekend at worse.

Disappointing g and slow app, the updates only harmed efficiency. No more fingerprint condition or log in, the start process takes twice the amount of time and for sending reason every weekend the app is going under repairs. Don't launch serving that isn't ready, you are. Not a governamental body, we actually expect efficiency form Nordea.

Nordea doesn't reply to chat, only robot available. Any messages sent via the app also go unnoticed for weeks. On the Contact tab, the Phone option dials to incorrect number. Seems like a great app at first glance but it's just the skin. Actual functionality is severely lacking

The best personal e-banking app there is. Perfect, responsive and functional. Upgraded review to 5 stars, since I've found nothing to complain about or improve in the app. Addenda: Very fast for e-payments. I recorded making a payment in less than 15 seconds, with minimal typing = less chance for errors, e.g. entering numbers.

Overall good. I just hate how the app pops up open out of nowhere telling me it has automatically logged me out. It's annoying. Also the app is often down so you can't log in during certain periods of time but this has barely bothered me since it's usually working.

I moved to Finland recently and opened an account with Nordea, I find this app very useful. Positive points : - seeing (mostly) everything in the app (credit and debit card, investments portfolio) - user friendly interface - easy to use in conjonction with code app - scan invoice and incoming payments - chat support in the app To improve : - see Nodea outstanding loans - budget fonction whitin app (like Monzo in the UK because the complimentary Wallet app is not very useful)

For a bank app, this one is broken pretty often, which is scary. For example right now I see all the items on the home screen twice! This has been the case for weeks and no fix. Does anyone read these or the messages i've sent through the app?
