The worst mobile banking app I have ever used. It is basically just a web browser for their web page (which is also very bad), and even then some of the functions in the app force you to open a different browser to complete the operation. The app feels like it was made by high school students. And they got a E-. Tips: Try ANY of your competitors apps and you will see how far you have to go.
The App update has a flaw in it. My wife and I use the app over seas on a UK mobile phone with an associated UK number. The update won't allow us to configure with the UK number structure (Norwegian mobile number structure are different). Can this be resolved or is there a work around as the App was fantastic until this undate was rolled out..
The app overall is much better then before, I would still like some more updates and small adjustments until I will feel I have a walking bank with me 24/7. I would like to have more control over my accounts and would love to show and hide what is important and what is not.
Its amazing to me that you can break something so badly that used to work so well. On my Xiaomi I used to be able to login and confirm payments via mobile BankID but since last year November all I get now is a blank screen when I click it. Because I tried to reset the app I cannot even login anymore, this is beyond pathetic its been going on for months now and it seems I am not the only one. I cannot even tell what is wrong since all it gives me is a blank screen on BankID, I use Android 10.
I'm not able to use this updated App on my Huawei phone. After I put in my personal number and click login it just turns to a white screen and the password page never appear. I've tried to uninstall and re-install but still doesn't work.
super easy to use, very customizable, I love having access to my finances so swiftly. if the app had built-in savings goals functions (i.e. gamifying the saving process) that would be great
The new version of the app was working well with lots of new features compare to old version. But after last update in October 2020 I have not been able to login to my Nordea mobile bank app. Problem persists and nobody from bank helped me so far. Very disappointed.
Apart of not being able to make international transfers it is a fantastic app.
After new update, the app stopped working. I am using Poco F1 mobile and latest Android 10. I contacted chat support and the support personnel doesn't pay any attention and he just blindly says , don't use app and use browser. This is a banking app which is daily in need. Other banks are rollin out updates and working flawlessly.... Worst service from Nordea. Update: It worked with Nodea Codes.
Ekstremely slow app, can never trust that the bills you pay through the app is actually paid (or confirmed). After a payment has failed there is nothing that tells you that something went wrong.
Stressful, I've been trying to logged in for so many times but always saying "an error occurred, pls login again through your application". 🙄😤 Already try different options on login and also unable the remember me, but still the same. .🙄
Not fit for purpose. Whoever designed this app should be sacked instantly this is an absolute joke! I 've hard nothing but headache with it. I can't log into my account, can't pay my bills or transfer money within my accounts. Absolutely useless. Get a grip guys
Big minus that you still can't open images from gallery to pay bills. Instead you have to scan them. Most people get bills on emails, so paying bills with this app is useless.
So hard to use! Can not work out how to set up automatic Direct Debit to pay Norsk electric bill - paid manually just now! Also cannot set up Nordea & Nordea Codes on my new phone so have to take SIM out of new phone & put in this - old - phone to view transactions, pay norsk electric
Goodd enough app, smooth with adequate features and GUI. Would love a widget or two.
The app crashes every time it's turned on. Not possible to use it on Samsung Galaxy s8
OCR function is handy
Finland region app is much advance and improved. Norway nordea app should apply those facilities as on nordea finland app. Rest it's good but can be better.
I am banging my head for the 10th day in a row, so demotivating that app fails to download. So boring!
Can't copy the account numbers from the app. Can't delete saved recepients.
After every 2-3 months you need to reinstall it otherwise it doesn't work properly
Can't login after the update. Totally useless
System full of bug's. Crashes wery offen. Not user friendly to compare with SPV
The issues are fixed now, happy with support provided :)

This app has sadly gotten worse with time. It is slow (pwrformance wise), and the number of clicks required to pay a bill are too many. In addition the UI is not very intuitive.
