In the Mobile bank app, you as a private Nordea customer can:
- Chat with us
- Log in with Fingerprint
- Call Nordea from the app and be pre-authenticated
- Transfer money and make payments
- Use OCR reader for payments
- Use QR-reader for payments
- Receive and pay e-invoices
- View your accounts, loans and cards
- Open and close your card
- Choose your own personal code
- Currency converter
- Sign up for Swish
- Send e-mails to Nordea
- Top up your mobile cash card
- View your holdings in mutual funds
- See the current value on your pension and savings for retirement with us in the app
- View your holdings in stocks and other securities deposited on Custody account and ISK
- Go straight to Nordea Investor from the Mobile bank. You don’t need to log in again
- Create your own watch lists, follow an index and view Market information.
- Log out by shaking your phone
In order to use Nordea’s Mobile bank you need to:
- have an agreement for Nordea’s Internet and phone services
- have an Android phone where you can download apps

You log in with Mobile BankID, card reader or with personal code (personal code only works if you first have activated the app). Some functions in the app, such as external payments, require that you sign with Mobile BankID or your card reader.

Terrible new design, the old one was very good and minimalistic. This one added unnecessary steps to see details. Wish I could just rollback. Old app was good and had no issues so why to Change layout or design. This is not a car that you must change the design.

The new overview tab is cluttered, each section takes up too much space. Having only 1 account, 1 depå, 1 loan I still need to scroll down to see them, do noth fit togheter on one screen.

The redesigned user interface is terrible. Difficult to find things, and when paying bills the flow is completely non-intuitive. Why have you used dotted lines for input boxes? Why do I fill in stuff from top to bottom, and then need to find the "next" button not logically at the bottom, but at the top? And why is there even a need for more than one page of input to pay a bill? The old design was simple, clean and in all ways superior. Just scrap this and take back the old one!

New version, the only new thing is the color blue. No added functionality. The user interface is "messy". So far Nordeas app is so bad that every time I am in contact with the support, they say "you have to use a computer for that". I have 3rd party apps that can do ten times as much as Nordea can handle. In short, Nordeas app makes me want to switch bank.

When paying a bill or a loan, it often just has the banknumber and the amount, which can easily be forgotten. It would help if one could add a message for a payment, like "towbar". As it is now most payments are anonymous. A feature where you can search for a payment done, in the app would be great. To look for a company you paid your bills to aswell. The creditcard overview is nice, but a pictogram/pictograph would be better. Like the ones in Wallet.

I really gave it a chance. Several months of usage since release hoping you guys would iron things out, but it really doesn't hold up to the old app. The interface is too unintuitive and with fewer features; why remove the currency converter? Making transfers takes several "touches" more than previous app, the dotted lines are horrible, and with the interface being so divided the experience is just overall bad comparing to the old app design. When in a rush, this app really shows its weakness.

Really crappy compared to other modern banking apps. Reviewing purchase history is a headache, as everything is just kortköp-something, often unrelated to the actual store. No ability to get notifications for card usage. Not possible to send money to banks outside of Sweden. Unlocking credit cards for internet purchases routinely fails with system errors. The app at least looks nice but it's a polished turd.

Writing here since you don't seem to have a way to report bugs inside your application. Everytime the app logs out the user due to timeout - it forces the app open even if you have other applications open, causing interruption just to give you a screen "you have been logged out". This overrides all other applications in current use and just makes for an annoying experience, since it happens multiple times a day for an avid user. Also maybe look into adding the currency exchanger again?

The app is somewhat hard to navigate in. People with less computer knowledge will undoubtedly have problems finding where to go in the app for their specific need. You get a feeling that the folks building the app forgot to take advice from ordinary users. The app works well once you get the hang of it, but could do with a thorough revision.

I think that the application has a lot of redundant features, and could benefit from streamlining and modernisation. EDIT: The app is a lot better now, there's still redundancy, but there's a shortcut menu on the main screen, where you can customize what features appear, so it is to your liking.

The app works great. The only annoying thing are these damned updates. It seem as from one day to another the app consider itself outdated and I have no choice than to update at that moment, which may not be a suitable moment! This is a totally ununacceptable! An update should have a grace period where the app works, so one can update it at a suitable moment.

Overall a very good app and easy to use. Love that it has the option of being in English! My only complaint is that there are some things that I haven't been able to do through the app (like set a monthly payment for internet or other subscriptions) so that I have to do directly in the online bank page.

Changes made it unnecessary difficult/lengthy/cumbersome to transfer between own accounts. The previous drag n drop function has been removed for unknown reasons. Make the everyday actions easier. Being able to add an account "nickname" would also be great to be able to differentiate more easily.

Why? The old app has been working just fine. I have tried the new app and is so messed up. E-factura for signing has incomplete info so you don't know what you sign. When scanning a factura with the camera it used to work pretty well. I have tried several times with the new app and it just fails. Very disappointed.

Invoice scanner is less reliable, sign in is slower, and the ability to save transactions for later signing is gone as far as I can tell. Rewriting an app should be an opportunity to make it better, not give it a face lift while dropping useful functionality. Do better Nordea, I am seriously considering leaving you for a better bank.

The old app was much simpler and intuitive. Scanning works very bad on some bills with the new app. Edit: Specifically the amount is almost impossible for the app to detect. With Swedbanks app this is no issue at all and it's really quick, using the same phone (SGS7).

The app make everything easier. It is not perfect though. Some functions needs to be improved and other needs to be made directly accessible. 0For example the function: "öppna kort för Internet köp", doesn't seem to work - I must therefore visit the website every time i need to shop online. Highly recommend this app.

the major update in ui has made it a bit unclear to do various things by minimizing the font and size of buttons, navigation is unfamiliar and inconsistent with what a customer would expect where options would be. i liked the before version much better, as it was very clear

It takes to long to log in, it feels like it's losing connection, and to many menus, before when transferring money from account to account, you just hold down one account and drag it to the another and then write the amount it took like 2 seconds, now it's more complicated and slow
